A video capturing the shocking incident of a Muslim man named Jabir urinating on the wall of a temple in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, has gone viral on social media, sparking widespread outrage.
In the video, locals confront the man near the temple after the act, questioning him about his actions and demanding to know his name. The man identifies himself as Jabir and mentions his Muslim identity. Subsequently, the locals urge him to clean the desecrated wall, instructing him to bring water for the task.
The incident has raised concerns among netizens, with some questioning whether this represents a new form of jihad, given a series of similar occurrences in recent times.

This incident follows a comparable episode on December 1, when Mahakal police station in Ujjain apprehended a 60-year-old individual named Latif Khan for desecrating Hindu temples at Ramghat by urinating on them.
A video from Ramghat in Ujjain circulated widely, showing a devotee from Delhi narrating an incident where Latif Khan was observed urinating on small Hindu temples along the Ramghat banks. Despite interventions from the devotee and activists from Hindu organizations, Khan refused to cease his actions. Eventually, he was apprehended and handed over to the Mahakal police station. The incidents have ignited discussions about the need for respectful coexistence and sensitivity toward religious sentiments.
Ajay Varma, the in-charge of the Mahakal police station, stated, “We received a report about an elderly individual urinating at temples in the Ramghat area. A police team was dispatched to the location. Members of the Hindu organisation present at the scene claimed that the individual, identified as Latif Khan, was urinating on the temples, leading to their dissatisfaction. The arrested person, a 60-year-old resident of Fazalpura named Latif Khan, is the son of Fasal Khan.
