“As long as Sanatan Dharma exists, there will be peace in the world. The Hindus of this country have shown their bravery many times. The Ram temple being built in Ayodhya is the biggest example of this. We will respect the Muslim religion as much as the Muslims respect our Sanatan Dharma.” said Dr Surendra Jain, All India Joint General Secretary of VHP, during a programme organised in Delhi.

Vishva Hindu Parishad, on the occasion of the conclusion of the Shaurya Jagran Yatra taken out in all the districts and blocks of Delhi province, a huge meeting was organised on October 14 at Ramlila Maidan, Sector 10, Dwarka. Its purpose was to thank and show respect to all the Ram devotees who cooperated and sacrificed in the Ram Mandir Janmabhoomi movement. Along with this, gratitude was also to be expressed towards all the devotees who dedicated and collected funds in Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra. Thousands of workers and common people, including many central and state-level officials of VHP and Bajrang Dal, participated in this meeting.

Defeat the heretical forces

Addressing the gathering, Dr Surendra Jain, All India Joint General Secretary of VHP, said that the gathering together of Tukde Tukde gangs and Jihadis in our country is a conspiracy against the country, against which the young generation has to unite and face such anti-national activities. It is necessary to defeat the heretical forces. He said that today, the Hindu society is facing many significant challenges like love jihad, land jihad, and infiltration by Jihadis. The Hindu community needs to be aware of this.

Sanatan is immortal

Dr Jain said that Sanatan originated at the time of creation and Sanatan is immortal. Sanatan is a philosophy and life value which is essential for the development of humanity all over the world. He said that during the Corona period, the workers of Bajrang Dal and VHP served society without caring about their lives, which is the fundamental identity of one who has imbibed Sanatan.

Appealing to the people of Delhi, he said that they should remember the martyrdom given by the Gurus of our Sikh community to protect the religion. Also, while discussing the history of Gurudwara Rakabganj and Sheeshganj, located in Delhi, he requested the Central Government to make them national monuments. He said there is a need to correct the wrong history that historians have taught children. This is possible only when the young generation remembers Indian culture and adopts it so that everyone can become familiar with the heroic history of Delhi.

Abolish Waqf Law

Condemning the terrorist attack by Hamas on Israel, Dr Jain said that we Indians also need to learn from Israel. Even in India, terrorist organisations like Hamas keep an eye out to harm the peace and stability of the country. We saw an example of this in Nuh of Mewat. Therefore, Hindu society must unite and identify and defeat such Jihadis. On this occasion, Dr Surendra Jain also raised the issue of the Waqf Board. He said that the Waqf law should be abolished. The government has recently taken back 123 government properties from the board’s possession. Also, Dr. Jain remembered the workers who sacrificed their lives for the Ram Temple on this occasion.

Addressing the gathering, All India Sant Samaj General Secretary Jitendranand Saraswati Ji Maharaj reminded the society of their brave history and said that today, society is in great need of such brave marches taken out by VHP.

In this programme, many dignitaries including VHP leaders and thousands of Ram devotees were present

355 Shaurya Jagran Yatras

Apart from this, Vijay Shankar Tiwari, Spokesperson of Vishva Hindu Parishad, said that through VHP, more than 355 Shaurya Jagran Yatras were organised across the country, and these yatras reached more than 90,000 villages. Through these yatras, VHP has tried to connect the people of every section with itself. He said that under this campaign, more than 2,500 meetings were organised across the country.

Ram temple matter of pride

Addressing this programme, Kapil Khanna, President of Delhi Vishva Hindu Parishad, said that we have waited for the Ram temple for the last 500 years. Ram temple is going to open for all of us Ram devotees in January 2024. He said that the construction of the Ram temple is a matter of pride for all of us Hindus. Kapil Khanna further said that even after the Ram temple is being built, we will not stop. We will continue to work related to Hindu interests. Kapil Khanna further said that Bajrang Dal workers need to work very hard to ensure that not even a single case of Love Jihad comes to light in Delhi.

Addressing the programme, Upasana Arora, Vice President of Delhi VHP, described Bajrang Dal workers as Hindu protectors and said that whenever anyone dares to speak against Sanatan Dharma, the country’s people have given them a befitting reply. Calling upon the young generation, she said that everyone would have to unite to identify the enemies of Sanatan and defeat their conspiracies.

In this programme, many dignitaries, including VHP leader Surendra Gupta, Ramesh Bidhuri, MP South Delhi, Manoj Tiwari, MP North East Delhi and Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma, MP West Delhi, Sunil Suri and Ashok Gupta and thousands of Ram devotees were present.
