Once again, an interfaith relationship ended with the Hindu counterpart being left cheated and having no other option but to die. In a recent Madhya Pradesh’s Shivpuri case, a Hindu woman reached the SP (Superintendent of Police) office with her son, complaining that her live-in partner had left her. She alleged that she and Mohammad Tipu had been living together for almost eight years and now that she has a baby, he has left her. Based on her complaint, the police teams are investigating the matter. Before this, the woman had an FIR (First Information Report) registered against Tipu under sections of rape but with repeated death threats he managed to settle the case outside the court.

As per the reports, the woman, in her thirties, reached the SP office in Shivpuri on September 27 with her child. She sat there seeking justice in her case and strict action against the accused. When she had to wait longer, she cut her wrist with a sharp blade. She was immediately rushed to the government hospital.

A video of her crying in the hospital is going viral on social media; the clip can be seen here.

The victim alleged that Tipu, a married man, groomed her to elopement and they started living in a rented apartment almost eight years ago in the Narvar area of the town. She said that Tipu trapped her in his love and made physical relations on the pretext of marriage.

Now that she had given birth to a baby, he left her.

The victim alleged that, Tipu has left her in bad shape, she does not even has food to eat or feed his child. The minor had nothing to eat for days. Fed up with tracking him, she reached out to the police for help.

She told the police that, before this, when she registered a complaint against Tipu under Section 376 (rape) of the IPC, his family members started threatening her. They even tried killing her and her child. After this, she had to settle the case.

She told the police that, now that he has left and she is trying to contact him, his family members are threatening her. They can even get her killed, she stated that if anything happens to her or the child, Tipu and his family should be held responsible.

As of now, police is investigating the case and the woman is safe and admitted to the hospital.
