“Government of India is ready to pay all the production of rice while the state government is misleading the public/farmers here,” he said, adding that the government is bearing the expenditure of farming. He also pointed the central government’s Ayushman Bharat Yojana. “By intensifying the districts as aspirational district, the government of India is ensuring all the facilities”.

Highlighting the benefits of national educational policies, he said that the students in tribal dominated areas face problem due to english language therefore the studies will be carried out in regional language.”The government has opened IIMs and IITs,” he said.

Slamming the Congress-ruled state in Chhattsagrh, Goa CM said that due to the negligence of the state government, people did not got the benefit of PM Awas yojana. He dubbed the state government as “advertising government” and “spending money in advertisements”.

“Congress should release its report card on the promises they made in their poll manifesto”, said Goa CM, adding that the government failed to fulfill 10 per cent of their promises. “The government failed to fulfill its promise of liquor ban”.

Accusing the state government of being indulged in coal and liquor scam, he exhorted people to “support BJP for uprooting the state government”. He also attacked the state government over the issue of law and order.
