Once again a Hindu woman in an interfaith relationship has been threatened by her Muslim counterpart for refusing to accept Islam. The case has been reported from the Indore city of Madhya Pradesh on May 18.

As per a report by Amar Ujala, the woman was lured into a relationship by Faizan on the pretext of marriage. The woman who lives in the Nanda Nagar area met Faizan at the coaching centre. After trapping her into his fake love, he engaged her in a physical relationship. All of this was done with the promise of marriage. However, for the past month, Faizan has been forcing her to convert to Islam, when she refused he brutally attacked her.

Feared with his intentions, the woman finally reached out to the police for help. He threatened the victim of dire consequences and issued death threats not only for her but the whole family.

The woman told the media that she met Faizan almost four years ago, at a coaching centre. Earlier she used to live in a hostel where men were not allowed, however, Faizan made her shift to an independent flat where he made physical relations with her.

Notably, a similar case has been reported from the Lasudiya police station area of the city. Here a Muslim man raped a minor Hindu girl. The accused has been identified as Shahadat Mansuri.

Shahadat lured the minor Hindu girl to elope with him and then he sexually assaulted her. The victim’s father filed a police complaint against Shahadat, and sections of abduction and rape were invoked against the culprit.
