In his TV programme Prime Time, Ravish Kumar said ‘Nazi ke pratik chinnh Swastika’.
New Delhi: Ravish Kumar never shies away from subtly propagating hatred about Hinduism and Hindu symbols. He did the same again.
In his evening programme on TV Prime Time, he called Swastika ‘Nazi ke Pratik chinnh Swastika’. By associating Swastika with the Nazis, Ravish Kumar’s message was loud and clear. The video clip of the programme has gone viral on different social media platforms.
Although Swastika, which is highly sacred in the Hindu and Buddhism religion and is a symbol of respect, peace and love, closely resembles the Nazi symbol Hakenkreuz but both are not the same.
A global attempt is made by the vested interests to compare the two symbols. The Communists and the Islamists have been propagating the falsehood that both Swastika and Hakenkreuz are the same.
Congress leader and MP (Rajya Sabha) Abhishek Manu Singhvi had earlier said “#Hindu #Swastika isn't the same as the #Nazi #hakenkreuz. Hindus, #Buddhists, #Jains use Swastik as symbol of peace &prosperity. #Nazis misused the symbol. This is the same as demonizing any other religion for misuse of its tenets and should be discouraged & condemned.”
In July 2020, the Vishva Hindu Parishad America (VHPA) had petitioned the New York Senate to stop the passage of a bill which had included Swastikas in the symbol of hate.
“To label the Swastika as a symbol of hate would be a grave insult to 1.8 billion Hindus and Buddhists around the world…the proposed NY State Sentate Bill SS 6648 requiring instruction regarding symbols of hate to be incorporated into the curricula for grades six through twelve perpetuate ignorance and promotes HinduPhobia in schools across New York state”, VHPA had said.
The American Jewish Committee had also come out with a brochure titled ‘Understanding Swastika, Use and Abuse of a sacred symbol’ to dispel propaganda against Swastika.
The Declaration of the Second Hindu-Jewish Leadership Summit, held in February 2008, in Jerusalem read “The Svastika is an ancient and greatly auspicious symbol of the Hindu tradition. It is inscribed on Hindu temples, ritual altars, entrances, and even account books. A distorted version of this sacred symbol was misappropriated by the Third Reich in Germany, and abused as an emblem under which heinous crimes were perpetrated against humanity, particularly the Jewish people. The participants recognize that this symbol is, and has been sacred to Hindus for millennia, long before its misappropriation.”
The Leftists and Islamists are running a global campaign for Hindumisia. In September last year, the same lobby had organized webinar ‘Dismantling Global Hindutva’. After massive protest, many universities of the United States refused to provide their platform for the Hindumisia seminar.
