Ludhiana: An explosion has been heard in Punjab's Ludhiana District Court Complex on Thursday.
An explosion took place inside the Ludhiana District Court complex, the police say.
According to the reports, the explosion took place in the third storey of the court complex at a time when the district court was functioning. Though the early reports confirm that at least two persons were killed in the blast, several people are feared to be dead.
Police have cordoned off the area and fire tenders are on the spot.
