India administers over 1 crore 33 lakh doses of COVID vaccine in a single day; Vaccination coverage crosses the 65 crore mark

India achieved the milestone of vaccinating over one crore population for the second time and reaching the overall vaccination to 65 crores.

 

India achieved another important milestone of inoculating over one crore COVID-19 vaccines for the second time on August 31. Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya announced that the highest one-day record of 1.09 crore vaccine doses was achieved till 6 pm yesterday and still counting. He had also added that, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is fighting strongly against corona.

Mr Mandaviya also congratulated people for the achievement. He applauded the hard work of COVID warriors and the diligence of citizens in helping achieve this momentous feat of over 50 Crore Cumulative administrations of the 1st dose of the vaccine.

India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has crossed the 65 crore landmark milestone.
