Propagandist Rana Ayyub was granted four weeks transit anticipatory bail by the Bombay High Court on June 21.
Her lawyer, senior advocate Mihir Desai, mentioned about her spinal surgery. On June 7, Ayyub tweeted a picture of herself from the hospital with the text “When the surgeon tells you the scans are clean and you are good to go. The joy when you hear the spine is intact.”
Advocate Desai also mentioned that her tweet was based on news reports and when the conflicting versions of the news emerged, she deleted her tweet.
