9.78 crore COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered so far in the country. These include around 90 lakh Healthcare Workers (HCWs) who have taken the 1st dose and around 55 lakh HCWs who have taken the 2nd dose, around 99 lakh Frontline Workers (FLWs) with 1st dose and over 46 lakh FLWs with 2nd dose.
On the 84th day of nationwide COVID19 vaccination yesterday, over 32 lakh vaccine doses were given across the country. Out of which over 28 lakh beneficiaries were vaccinated for 1st dose and around four lakh beneficiaries received 2nd dose of the vaccine.
