Nidhi Samarpan Abhiyaan for the construction of Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya is in its final phase and the mass donation drive has received an overwhelming response from the public at large. The enthusiastic and self-motivated karyakartas devoted themselves completely for such august cause of the century.

At many places, the movement was seen taking an emotional side where not only man but women also rendered their belongings for the construction of Shri Ram’s Temple. A case has come from Jodhpur, Rajasthan, where a husband, with a sore throat, surrendered all the jewels of his wife for the temple construction of Prabhu Shri Ram. Shri Vijay Singh ji called one of the volunteers of Nidhi Samarpan Abhiyaan on February 4 and told that his wife Late Asha Kanwar had left for heavenly adobe and it was her last wish that her entire jewellery should be rendered for the construction of Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya. In her last days, Asha ji expressed her wish to which her husband and son Manohar Singh and to which both of them expressed their consent and assured that they would soon find out how to donate these ornaments to give these ornaments to the temple.

54-year-old Asha Kanwar ji, who had expressed her desire to donate for the construction of a temple on February 1, was infected with Corona. On 3rd February, when she went to the hospital for a routine check-up, she was admitted to the hospital after she was diagnosed with a lung infection. She died the next day at 9 am. Right after the cremation, the family members vowed to fulfil Asha’s last wish and finally on 14th February they sold her ornaments and handed over the amount of Rupees 7 lakh 8 thousand to Shri Shyam Manohar ji of Nidhi Samarpan Abhiyaan.

All the family members of Asha Kanwar were in tears while handing over the ornaments. At the same time, the karyakartas were deeply surprised to see such faith and devotion towards Shri Ram.
