India unlock 4.0 guidelines: Metro services to resume from September 7

With resuming Metro services from September 7, Government has also given a green flag to public gatherings including social, academic, sports, entertainment, cultural and religious from September 21 with a limit of 100 persons.
Schools, colleges and coaching institutions will continue to remain shut, states and UTs may permit 50% of teaching staff to come to schools for online teaching from September 21. Students of Class 9-12 can voluntarily visit schools, with parents’ written consent.
There shall be no restriction on inter-state and intra-state movement of persons and goods. No separate permission or approval, e-permit will be required for such movements, the guidelines further stated.
Cinema halls, swimming pools and theatres to remain closed. However open-air theatres permitted to open from September 21.
On Saturday, August 29, India recorded a recovery rate of 76.74%. 26 lakh people have been cured of Covid-19 till now.
These guidelines by the Ministry of Home Affairs for ‘Unlock 4.0’ are to be followed till September 30.
