First Rajju Bhaiya Memorial Lecture on his 97th birth anniversary at Persistent System Auditorium in Nagpur
Nagpur: “Christian evangelegists and Islamic jihadi forces, hell bent on furthering their conversion and terror acts to divide the Indian society, pose a bigger threat to Indian social fabric,” said former Rajya Sabha MP and former editor of Panchjanya Shri Tarun Vijay, while delivering the first lecture organised on the occasion of 97th birth anniversary of fourth RSS Sarsanghchalak Prof Rajendra Singh who was popularly known as Rajju Bhaiya on January 29 at Persistent System Auditorium. Union Surface Transport Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari, senior writer and former RSS spokesperson Shri MG Vaidya and founder of Anand-hi-Anand Shri Vivekji were also present.

Shri Tarun Vijay delievering the Lecture in Nagpur. Shri MG Vaidya, Shri Nitin Gadkari, Shri Vivek ji and others are also seen

The conversion activities carried out overtly and covertly with the help of foreign funds by Christian evangelical forces and the Islamic jihadi elements are trying to destabilise the internal peace and have posed a serious and bigger challenge to the Indian social fabric. They are using every method to disintegrate the Hindu society by negating all that is Hindu, Shri Tarun Vijay said while speaking on the topic “Samajik Parivartan aur Bharat ka Bhavishya”.

Launching a frontal attack on the forces of conversion the former Rajya Sabha MP said these forces are tweaking at the cherished values of the Hindu faith to destroy this ancient civilisation. Even the Supreme Court has been asked to decide if “Asato Ma Sadgamaya” is a religious prayer or not and whether it can be recited in schools, he said.

Expressing serious concern over the current situation in India where the anti-Hindu forces are continuously attacking the faith, tradition and culture, customs and principles of Hindu Dharma, the former editor of Panchjanya said “India had played a vital role in protecting knowledge, traditions and life values since the hoary past. The country which boasted of its knowledge-based society and high civilisational values is being attacked by the foreign invaders since last 1000 years. The country once known as Bharatvarsha, has now been shrunk to present India.

Discussing at length the issues faced by the country today, he said that the country has reached in a decisive end for protecting its own dignity and identity. And speeding up the awareness movements by RSS would be the real tribute to Prof Rajendra Singh, he added.

Shri MG Vaidya, who edited ‘Tarun Bharat’ for a long time and later served as first spokesperson of the RSS, recalled his memories, associated with the late Rajju Bhaiya and his predecessor Shri Balasaheb Devras.

Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari shared some anecdotes of his association with Prof Rajendra Singh appealing the audience to draw inspiration from his selfless and dedicated life to build a strong and vibrant Indian nation. Founder of Anand-hi-Anand Vivekji said that developing India’s identity as Bharat would be a real tribute to Prof Rajendra Singh.
