Bhubaneswar: Hong Kong team of Rugby, which stood runners up at Under-18 Rugby Cup Tournament played at Kalinga Stadium, visited Seemadri Mishra Janjati Hostel run by Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram on October 29. The team members interacted with the hostel inmates and recalled the hospitality and support they got from the people of Odisha during this visit. They also gifted sweaters to the hostel students. The reason behind the Hong Kong team visiting this hostel was that the tribal students of the hostel had won the International Rugby Tournament played in Kolkata last year. Looking at the Cup in the hostel, the coach and players of the Hong Kong team said they hope to see this team as the World Cup team. Head of the Hostel Shri Jagdish Prasad Mishra welcomed the players. Coach of Google Sports team Jena was also present on the occasion.
