T Satisan from Kochi

BJP’s national spokesperson Meenakshi Lekhi reminded Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan what his duties are. He should provide justice to the people of the state cutting across caste-creed-political lines. Since he has failed in this area, he does not have any moral right to continue as the CM. Lekhi was inaugurating a protest rally in Pinarayi, the village as well as the constituency of the CM, on June 8.  Lekhi demanded that the State Government should provide compensation to the victims of CPM violence. BJP leader explained the gravity of the post election CPM violence. Many of houses of BJP and RSS workers have been destroyed and badly damaged. They include 15 houses and two institutions of BJP workers.
Smt Lekhi added that CPM curtail their political opponents’ rights by resorting to violence. BJP would seek justice from courts and Human Rights commissions in this regard. BJP leader distributed financial assistance to the victims of the CPM atrocities on the occasion. BJP leaders PK Krishnadas, V Muraleedharan, Shobha Surendran and P Sathyaprakash also addressed. ET Karthik, the 7 years old victim of the CPM attack, was on the dais along with Smt. Lekhi.
The same day Smt. Lekhi inaugurated the Media Activity Day and felicitation ceremony in connection with the Narada Jayanthi celebrations in Kozhikkode. The programme was organised by Vishwa Samvad Kendra. Lekhi, in her address, said that even words are capable of setting the country’s agenda and achieving her glory. People of all walks of life have to contribute towards the country’s progress. Media has got a significant role in it. Narada proved this to the society. He made wonders with his words. Modern journalism is following this concept.
Smt Lekhi added that Justice does not prevail in Kerala. Dissent is oppressed and suppressed in the village of the CM. CPM celebrates their violence. In democracy, difference of opinion and dissent should be warm welcome. V Asokan, former chief reporter and PT Madhavan, former bureau chief, both of Mathrubhumi daily, were felicitated by the BJP leader.
Communist Onslaught
Continues
Meanwhile, CPM goons still keep on attacking RSS-BJP workers, sympathisers and even women and children in North Malabar. In an attack in Kanjangadu, Kasaragod District, 25 people were injured and hospitalised. They include women and children. The attack took place on June 5, 2016. RSS Karyavah Madhu, Mukhyashikshak Vishnu, Sharath, Manoharan and Shabareesh were seriously injured. Shareesh is hardly seven years old! The CPM criminals attacked them with swords. Seeing his mother being attacked, Shabaressh was crying and catching hold of his mother. The goons took him from the mother and threw him on the floor.  Several women were attacked in their houses. Nandini, a girl of 11 was not spared. Vinayak (3) was another victim.
During the attack, the CPM goons shouted on top of their voice that RSS-BJP men should do what they ask them to, because, they are living under their (CPM’s) rule. They attacked more than ten houses belonging to the RSS workers. The attack took place when the CPI leader and minister E Chandrasekharan was participating in the receptions he was accorded and the whole police force was deployed to the reception venues, so the criminals had a free for all.
Sevabharathi workers were celebrating the Environment Day by planting the saplings and cleaning the drains. The enviable popular support the celebration got sent shocking waves to the CPM ranks. That is the root cause of CPM attacks. These attacks once again prove that CPM will never change; they will never give up their Stalinist line of annihilation of their political opponents. For them opponents are not mere opponents, but enemies.
