After becoming a graduate, what to do next ? Whether one should prepare for government jobs or engage oneself in some professional course? How and which course to be selected? He failed to get a job even after having done an MBA. He is a Law graduate, but is not practising successfully . Many such thoughts appear in the mind of students who pass out  graduation. Here we are letting you know about some courses which are different from traditional courses, but can lead to a great career. One must first consider one’s aptitude and interest before thinking of any such course. If one is provided a right direction, one can have a decent career for them.

Master of Finance and Control (Handling the key to Money)
This is a specialised course in finance. Students are specially trained to work out with financial planning and prepare related policies. One gets informed and trained about preparing managerial policies, financial accounting, financial services, international finance, international accounting, investment management, etc. Fewer students enrol themselves in this course as compared to MBA or other courses.
Eligibility: Graduation in Commerce is compulsory.
Opportunities and Salary: Jobs in different multinational companies, starting salary can be between 40 to 60 thousand rupees, and after experience and promotion one can get much more.

Global Business Operation
(Knowing the global trade)
This is a two year PG Diploma course. In the four semesters, the course covers issues like analysis of Indian business, Economics for Managers, Financial Management, Theories of Marketing, Global business, Quantitative Technique, Accounting for Business, Law perspective of the Global Business, Indian and Foreign Trade and their Policies, etc.
Eligibility: Graduation in Commerce is compulsory
Opportunities and Salary: Ample job opportunities in various multinational companies on decent packages. One can be a freelancer in companies as a trainer. Starting salary is between 50 to 70 thousand rupees. After this there is no limit of salary, as it depends on the experience and efficiency.

Luxury Brand Management
(Expertise in luxuries valuation)
If one has a sense of aesthetic and valuation aptitude, then luxury brand management can be a decent career option. The way a huge sum is being spent in Bharat for the luxuries and comforts, it has led to ample opportunities for professionals in this field. There are many foreign institutes which are offering courses.
Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline.
Opportunities and Salary: One can have a job in any event company inside fashion industry after the course. One can even start one’s own. Starting salary can be between 50 to 60 thousandrupees.
Institute: London School of Business, London.

Diploma in Tea Management
(Taste of Tea, Appreciation and Accolades)
Bharat is the leading producer of tea. There are many courses related  to tea which can lead to great career opportunities, for example, PG Diploma and Diploma in Tea Management. Both are different courses. Tea Management involves training in tea plantation managerial skills. It also involves the work of “tea-tasters” who by tasting the various tea varieties, classify them accordingly with their taste and quality. This has decent salary options for the youth.
Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline.
Opportunities and Salary: One can get job in tea plantations. Starting salary can be between 50 to 80 thousand rupees. One can also start with decent salary in tea companies as well. Many companies offer salaries in lakhs of rupees to tea-tasters.

Tourism Management (World of Tours and Visits)
The fast expanding tourism in India has led to ample job opportunities for youth in Tourism industry. Tourism is a decent option for the youth who like travelling and mingling with people. Decent communication skill is a must for excelling in this field. Students are also trained in various softwares such as, Amedius, World Speil, Galileo, during the course. Additionally, interested students are also taught one of the foreign languages. One can pursue diploma and degree in tourism after graduation.
Opportunities and Salary: Jobs in tourism company. One can have one’s own travel agency or work as a travel guide as well. Can easily start with a salary of 15 to 20 thousand.

Rural Management (Focusing on Villages)
Bharat is called a country of villages. The market space is vast in villages. Various multinational companies also agree that there are ample opportunities here. The vast opportunities in villages with regard to establishing new industry or selling one’s product is welcoming. There is a great demand of rural management and marketing. Since the demands of the rural consumers are not like those of urban ones, it requires a specialisation to deal with them.

Opportunities and Salary: Job opportunities in multinational     companies around the country and world. Opportunities in private and government banks as well. Starting salary can be between 30 to 40 thousand rupees.

There is no limit of money in the field of event management. If one is a good planner and likes to experiment with new and exciting ideas, one can have a career in this field. One has to organise different events. Big companies extend contracts to event management companies for organising their events. Whether there are award ceremonies, rallies of political parties or marriages, event managers are required. One requires decent communication skills to work in this field.

One needs to have a good command over language for this. One can start one’s career as a journalist or Public Relations Officer after completing the course. If has a decent voice, one can also work as a Voice Over artist or Radio Jockey.

Opportunities and Salary: Ample opportunities in various newspapers, news channels, magazines, radio, and also with banks and Akashvani have government jobs. Starting salary can be between 15 to 25 thousand rupees and later can increase manifold.

Hospital Management

Health sector is a rising field in Bharat. Due to cheaper health services as compared to foreign countries, there is also a vast health tourism sector as well. People flock in to India for treatment from around the world. Thus, hospital management is increasing since to provide standard services this area is being focussed on. In this way, to have a career in this field is a good option for the youth. It includes financial insurance as well as taking care of the facilities and services which are provided to the patients.

Opportunities and Salary: One can be an event manager, sports agent, brand promoter, branding expert, celebrity manager, game promoter, sports tourist, along with sports analyst, etc. Starting salary can vary between 20 to 30 thousand rupees per month.
