Readers’ Forum : Nagalim as Hong Kong?

(Organiser, 5.7.2015 ); This refers to the article titled, ‘Nagalim as Hong Kong?’ by Kiran K A in Organiser. In the article Nagaland problem has been discussed from various angles. It is clear that Church and Christianity are the root cause of the problem. It was the basic policy of the Congress Party and its anti-Hindu associates, that any group of people, who are anti-Hindu and anti- national must be appeased at any cost. It is shocking to note , that revenue generated through taxes is hardly  five per cent of Nagaland budget, and annual budget is 100-200 times per capita budget of the states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Karnataka, thus punishing peace loving states to appease anti- nationals. It is high time to stop appeasement and original  animist culture of Nagas be promoted by all possible means. This would bring Nagas closer to the main stream Hindu culture and anti-national activities. To reduce heavy expenditure of administration on so many mini-states, these can be converted into District Boards with one common Governor for all these States/Boards, directly under Central Government, to have better control on the affairs of North-East.
ANAND PRAKASH,
 72/Sector-8, Panchkula: 134 109

The NDA Government shouldn’t bother too much about the remarks made by Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi. Most of his claims and allegations are not backed by facts. The pension and the insurance schemes have been launched to address the three critical needs of the poor: Accident Insurance; Life Insurance and Pension. Generally the under-privileged section of the society do not have access to these basic securities, unlike what is there in Western countries. The good thing is that the premium to be paid is nominal and affordable to the financially weaker people. The schemes will prove a deterrent to the business of those money lenders who thrive on the helplessness of the impoverished. Further the insurance and pension schemes will minimise suicides among the poor due to financial difficulties.

Deserves an Opportunity

(Organiser, 26.7.2015); I fully support the views expressed by the writer Amba Charan Vashishth in the article titled ‘Deserves an Opportunity’ in Organiser. Only anti-Hindu and anti- national persons are against Shri Gajendra Chauhan who has been appointed as chairman of the Film and Television Institute of India ( FTII). The nationalist NDA government should strongly support Shri Chauhan for dynamic progress of FTTI.

The article is about to give a chance, not about who is better than  Gajendra Chauhan. Does anyone have the time to look after FTII. One should think before he/she forms an opinion and passes comment. If Chauhan does not perform with consistence, he shall be removed. As of now he is being found fit to lead it.
