Yogi Shamshad Haider, is a famous Pakistani “Yog and Meditation” expert. He is a well-known Instructor of Yog that too deals with Mind Development, Shamshad Haider, commonly known as   Yogi Haider, was born on 15,April, 1968 in Phalia Mandi Bahao din
Yogi Shamshad Haider has been practicing, teaching and an authority in Yog. He is also a trained reiki healer, and Yog therapist  and a spiritualist. He conducts workshops, lectures, and seminar on Yog in different cities of Pakistan and supervising personal and groups' classes of Yog, and distances learning courses
He has spent many past years in Tibet, India and Nepal, learning the art of the Yog. Meditation and ancient remedies. His expertise cover all the forms of the Yog including Hath Yog, Kundlani, meditation, and Paraynam Yog, Yogi Haider is trained in Meditation by internationally renowned vipassna meditation teacher SN Goenaka. He has also spent ample time with yogis of Himalaya and Haridawar.
He is the founder of Yog Pakistan and has been  conducting sessions all over the country since last ten year on Health, Yog and meditation. Later on he laid the foundation of an institute as a nonprofit social welfare organisation with the name of  way of nature (won). The aim of the organisation is  to relieve individual stress, societal problems, and violence from the society. His vision is to see this land a better place for the generation to come. He says, “If We want to change the faith and destiny of this country  we will have to create a stress free society and  stop being pessimistic.” Yogi Haider teaches spirituality which enhances all positive human values.
In Yogi Haider’s view, “Violence-free society, disease-free body, quiver-free breath, confusion-free mind, inhibition-free intellect, trauma-free memory, and sorrow-free soul are the birth right of every human being. He has  introduced  many programmes for different sections of society for their health and benefit. He is working on workshops that can bring phenomenal changes in the attitude of people in Pakistan.
Recognising his services for the health awareness and practices and his expertise in the field of Yog and meditation Yogi Haider has been interviewed by all the famous national TV channels during last five years. He has appeared on PTV Home, Hum Channel, Geo, Dunia and Channel 42, where he spoke on different issues and relevant topics. He has also been writing article on yog meditation, and other health issues  in Armed forces Inter Services public relations (ISPR) monthly newsletter Hilal during many last year.
