Report:Bajrang Dal to create world record of blood donation on November 2

Bajrang Dal activists have decided to create world record of blood donation in a single day on November 2 to commemorate the golden jubilee of Vishwa Hindu Parishad. In this year the organisation has also decided to expand its units up to the village level. The decision to this effect was taken at the national convention organised at Premnagar Ashram in Haridwar from October 10 to 12.
The meeting discussed in detail the organisational matters as well as the challenges before the nation. Addressing the concluding ceremony VHP president Dr Pravin Togadia exhorted the activists to move ahead for protection of the nation. He said the Bajrang Dal would not accept anti-national activities anywhere in the country. He termed love jehad as a major threat to the identity of Hindu society. He said the Bajrang Dal would not tolerate any such activity and they are ready to give befitting reply for protection of Hindu matrishakti.
Former Union Minister Swami Chinmayananda recalled the role of VHP and Bajrang Dal in awakening the Hindu society. He stressed the need to launch a campaign for eradication of untouchability. Bajrang Dal convener Shri Rajesh Pandey unfolded the activities to be taken up during the golden jubilee of VHP. Convener of Assam unit Shri Manoj Sahu spoke about the threat of Bangladeshi infiltration. Shri Suryanarayan, state secretary of Karnataka, informed about the efforts being made to liberate the Dattatreya Peeth, where Lord Dattatreya had studied all the four Vedas.

RSS Vijaydashami Utsav in Kishtwar

Kishtwar: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on October 16 organised a grand colourful programme in Kishtwar to celebrate its 89th foundation day. The programme began at 9.30 am with shastra pujan and RSS prarthana (prayer). While addressing the Swayamsewaks, chief guest Shri Ashwani Kumar, Sah Prant Pracharak briefed various activities being carried out by the RSS since 1925. He said RSS has kept the mission of Dr Hedgevar in high spirit and is always ready to keep on the mission of national integrity and brotherhood in the society. He appealed to the youth to get connected with daily shakhas, which teach discipline and mend the minds of citizens to keep them busy in the task of national integration. Our prime mission is to render selfless services to the nation. He further said the Sangh is a role model for the people as it lays foundation of disciplined life which in turn makes the nation strong.
After the function pathsanchalan was conducted in full uniform. It passed through the main market of Kishtwar, DC office, Dak Banglow Chowk, Kuleed Chowk, Wasser, Prade Ground and finally culminated at the same venue.

Morari Bapu to give Rs 10 crore for rehabilitation in Uttarakhand

Noted Ramkatha Vachak Shri Morari Bapu has decided to give Rs 10 crore for rehabilitation of the Uttarakhand flood victims. The amount is to be distributed among the affected people of Rudraprayag and Chamoli districts shortly. A contribution of Rs one crore is to be given to Kedarnath Temple Committee for renovation of the temple. The funds for these activities were collected through a Trust, Karnavati Club Foundation, Ahmedabad. Morari Bapu is scheduled to visit Kedarnath on October 15. After darshan of Kedarnath temple he is to distribute the money to the victims at Agastyamuni near Rudraprayag in the presence of Chief Minister and District Administration. n
