Training Camps sprawling along Indo-B’desh Border?

Intro: According to Intelligence bureau report 45 terrorist training camps for the cadres of terrorist organizations like Pakistani ISI, Hizbul Mujaheedin, and Lashkar-e-Taiba are sprawling along Indo-Bangladesh border.?

$img_titleSeveral politicians from West Bengal are under scrutiny for sheltering Jammat-e-Islami and Chaatra Shibir operatives, says a Intelligence Bureau note to the Home Ministry. The government of West Bengal under the chief minister ship of Mamata Banerjee is alleged to be hands in glove with the Jamaat-e-Islami in helping terrorist activities in the India-Bangladesh bordering districts says the report. If the alleged involvement of the chief minister in such activities is proved to be true then things will take a serious turn so far as the relationship of both (India-Bangladesh) are concerned.
The intelligence report is quoted to have said that at least 45 training camps for the cadres of terrorist organizations like Pakistani ISI, Hizbul Mujaheedin, Lashkar-e-Taiba, and few other fundamentalist organizations of Bangladesh are located within 10-12 Km along the Indo-Bangladesh border. The BSF sources have informed that the trainees between age groups (16-25) are drawn from the local Madarsas and small clubs and are trained using modern sophisticated arms. Each training camp has 40 to 45 trainees who are trained by trainers from Pakistan and Bangladesh.
The trainees are specially given “fidayeen” training which means they would not hesitate to sacrifice their life for achieving their goal fixed by the leaders.
BSF sources have also revealed that the training camps have been sprawling throughout the border areas from 24 Parganas district of West Bengal to Tripura. Among 45 training camps most are located in around 30 kilometres from the border and the rest are located within 10-12 kilometres, they said.
In fact, it is the central Home Department that informed the BSF regarding the possible infiltration and training camps from the other side of the border.
The central Home Ministry got this report from the special team of intelligence bureau.
When Shiv Shankar Menon was the chief Security Advisor of India, he went to meet Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and apprised her of the whole situation and alerted her about the dangerous consequences of Jamaat activities
Jamaat hands in glove with Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) was at that time smuggling fake Indian currency notes printed not in Pakistan but somewhere in Dubai, through eastern borders of North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal and few other points, and was circulating them throughout India. The Indian Security agencies that had become alert took positive steps to stop supply of fake Indian currency notes, and at that time, Bangladesh government had also taken positive steps to stall it. Ultimately it had given results. The latest intelligence report, as quoted by the sources has revealed that these outfits are now smuggling ‘gold bars ’instead of ‘fake currency notes ’through Indian corridor created by them for such supplies.
Bansidhar Sharma, Special D. G. of BSF informed his counterpart working with Border Guards of Bangladesh and requested him to take appropriate steps to stop them. He further said, total 45 training camps are said to be operating along Indo-Bangla border. Apart from informing Home department of India, we have informed the Border Guards of Bangladesh to check posts and have alerted them about infiltration from the other side of the border.
