?Apart from door-to-door campaign, the BJP has this time appointed Page Incharge of voter lists. About 29000 leaders have been engaged in this task. Each leader has to focus on just one page of his area’s voters list. This experiment is going on in Gujarat for some time and was adopted in Madhya Pradesh also. But in UP, it has been implemented in Benaras only. The responsibility of Page Incharge begins from detecting false names in the electoral roll and concludes at ensuring hundred per cent polling on the poling date. “Every senior worker is incharge of the Page in which his name falls. They have to be at their booth only on polling day,” says Shri Sanjay Bhardwaj, regional spokesperson of BJP.??
