Think  of the nerves of Modiji. Despite knowing that he himself, BJP leadership, and whole public at his rally was targeted by IM terrorists from Bihar, yet he continued his speech at Patna. This  exposed that how State ruled by the so-called seculars are unsafe. Jittery Nitish’s bizarre statement on Modi’s  knowledge of history that Alexander was defeated by King Chandragupta at the plains of river Ganga, was ridiculous. Nitish emphatically said that Alexander never reached near Ganga. If so, then whom did Candragupta defeat? The fact of the history is that Alexander after a tough fight from king Puru on the bank of river Jehlum, decided to go back to his country, appointing Sylukus, an able General, the Governor of the north-west area under the control of Greek army. Sylukus afterwards marched over with a huge Greek army towards Patliputara.  Young Chandragupta under the blessings and guidance of Chanakya halted Greek army in the Gangatic Plains. After a long fierce battle Greek army was decisively defeated, and Sylukus surrendered. So, where Modi is wrong. Was Sylukus not representative of Alexander?
