A two-day meeting of Organiser and Panch-janya, circulation and advertisement representatives was organised in Bhopal from July 6 to 7. Readers convention was also organised with special efforts of the local representative Shri Hari Mohan Modi. About 60 representatives and many readers attended the meeting. The prime objective of the meeting was to receive direct feedback from both the readers and the representatives.
The meeting was inaugurated by managing director of Bharat Prakashan (Delhi) Ltd, the owner company of Organiser and Panchjanya Shri Vijay Kumar. Management strategist Shri Mukeshbhai Shah, Organiser editor Shri Prafulla Ketkar and Panchjanya editor Shri Hitesh Shankar also attended the meeting. An extensive discussion was held with the representatives to understand their difficulties and also to apprise them of the strength of both the newspapers. Apart from circulation and advertisement, discussion also focused on the content being published in both the papers.
During interaction the readers expressed their candid views on the content and layout of the papers. They also suggested some changes. Noted social activist Shri Meghraj Jain was also present at this session. Shri Mukesh Bhai Shah set new goals for the representatives. Two representatives Shri Narayanbhai Kholia and Shri Rakesh Awasthi were felicitated at the meeting for their outstanding performance.
