NATIONAL Socialist Council of Nagaland (Isak-Muivah) organised a national consultation on 12 and January 13,  2013 at Indian Islamic Cultural Centre (IICC), New Delhi. One E. Deenadayalan, convenor Indian civil society organisation, has circulated a two-page note towards a possible resolution in the context of intended settlement between Govt. of Bharatvarsh and NSCN (IM).
NSCN (IM) has given up the demands of sovereignty and integration because Central Govt. has told that both the above demands are not possible in any circumstance. But the Nagaland Baptist Council of Churches (NBCC) is not prepared to reconcile and it is still pushing up the sovereignty demand. NSCN (IM)’s frontal organisation like Naga Hoho, Forum for Naga Reconciliation (FNR) and Naga People’s Front (ruling party in Nagaland) are restless.

They are demanding a separate flag and more political autonomy by amending the constitution so that they can liaison with China, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Christian Countries to acquire a permanent bargaining and black-mailing status to squeeze more and more money and might and behave as “Lord” without contributing anything in building the nation. In this context, NSCN (IM) and its frontal organization like NBCC, Naga Hoho and NPF go on parroting the unique history of Nagas which is nothing but the history of terrorism and separatism spearheaded earlier by nexus of Church and Naga National Council (NNC) and now by NSCN (IM) in league with Church. In fact, the Church is a common source of strength to all the anti-national terrorist and Baptist organisations. In Nagaland, it is more so because Nagaland is the hood of the cobra called terrorism and separatism advanced by Muivah (a Tangkhul of Manipur) and Isak (a Sema of Nagaland).

Since its inception in 1980, NSCN then and NSCN (IM) now from 1988 onwards headed by Muivah- a Manipur Tangkhul Naga from Somdal village in Ukhrul district of Manipur has brought untold miseries to Nagas of Nagaland and he continues to shower sins on them. Muivah has killed thousands of non-Tangkhul Nagas of Nagaland for no reason just to retain supremacy. People believe that he will not stop his heinous deed as long as he is alive because of his extremist philosophy and anti Bharat stance. When he talks to China he pretends to be a hard-core Maoist and when he seeks help from USA, UK and other Christian countries, he boasts as a rabidly communal Christian. While delivering public speeches, he very often chants- Praise the Lord and Hallelujah and ends his speech with “Omen” as a Christian evangelist does. His moto is “Nagaland for Christ” which is prominently printed on his letter pad and every document of NSCN (IM). NSCN (IM) declared in Borevilli Hills (USA) over a decade ago to produce 10,000 Naga missionaries to preach gospel in Bharatvarsh, Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar and other Southeast Asean Countires.  People did not react then for the fear of bullet but now, the children whose fathers were slaughtered by Muivah’s foreign- trained militiamen for no reason, whose mothers and sisters were widowed and who were orphaned, have now grown up and they want Muivah and his cohorts to be severely punished. They cry in silence and cursing him day and night. They reject hallucination of Muivah as bogus and “bekaar” .

Today, the Nagas of Frontier Nagaland including districts of Mon, Tuensang, Longleng and Kiphire inhabited by Konyaks, Chang, Sangtam, Phom, Khiamungan and Yimchunger Nagas are reportedly praying Muivah and Isak to die soon for this reason. The situation in Peren district- the home of Zeliangrong Nagas, is all the same because they are also the worst victim of Muivah and his NSCN (IM). Even Tangkhul Nagas are now ashamed of disclosing their identity as Tangkhul because of its terrorist image thrust upon them by Muivah. The Angamis, Aos, Semas, Chakhesangs and Lothas living in district of Kohima, Mokokchung, Zunheboto, Phek and Wokha are rich and politically conscious. They don’t want to see Muivah eye to eye.

NSCN (IM) had instigated five times brutal attacks on Lokshree Dr. S.C. Jamir, the longest serving Chief Minister of Nagaland and author of 16 page – Bedrock of Naga Society that punctured the game-plan of Muivah in 2000. The five ambushes include the one when his body was riddled with AK-47 bullets in Nagaland House Delhi in 1998 and the other when 14 powerful bombs were exploded at his convoy between Piphema and Medziphema on way to Dimapur through NH 39 in 2002. Dr. Jamir was at the top of hit list of Muivah.

The Nagas of Nagaland are now recalling all these excesses committed by Muivah & Co. But Church leaders are shameless. They can go to any extent for money and might as long as they are not arrested for their heinous crimes. Today, they are fearless under Sonia rule in Delhi.
After getting utter failure in mastering support of all sections of Nagas in Nagaland and adjoining areas, NSCN (IM) has planned to lobby Parliamentarians, legal experts, political leaders- ruling and opposition both, human-rights, Church bodies-national and international both, hostile NGOs and other individual supporters. NSCN (IM) leaders know that money pays so they are using money might for lobbying to support their terrorist and separatist demands in parliament.

Prominent persons and leaders from organisations like SAFHR, PUDR, SEMI, APCLC, OPDR, PDF, COHR, and Media watch, PUCL, NTUD, NAPM, BIRSA and SAHRDC are invited. The Reverened, Priests and Church leaders from ISI, CISRS, National Christian Council of India (NCCI), Church of South India Synod, German Church Laison Officer, Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC), World Forum of Fish Workers and Harvesters etc. are major contributors in organising this. Reportedly, some foreign observers moving in Nagaland as foreign missionaries were also invited to guide the consultation. All these consultations and mass-contact programmes are aimed at causing pressure on Parliament to agree the anti-national demands of NSCN (IM) as early as possible.
