There is a great turmoil among the Urdu newspapers on this editorial. Delhi based Inquilab in its April 23 issue published the news with the headline—“Akhilesh Yadav secular agenda shivers RSS”. The subtitle of the news is—“the demand to put innocent Muslims in Jail”.

Jadid Mail published from Delhi in its April 23 issue has given the headlines to this news “Akhilesh & RSS stands each-other”. While Hindustan Express has given the headlines “the communal stand of Akhilesh Yadav”.

Hyderabad based Siasat (April 23, 2012) published the news with headlines the release of innocent Muslims is a cause of anxiety to RSS.

Bangalore based Salar and Delhi based Jadid Khabar in its April 23, issue published the news with headlines- “Anti Muslim attitude of RSS exposed”.

2.5 crore Quran to be distributed in Germany

Hyderabad-based Dainik Munsif published a news report on April 14, 2012 in which it is reported that an Islamic organisation Tanjim Aladin al Haquiqi in Germany distributed 2.5 crore Quran across the country. Around five lakh Qurans have already been distributed under this mission. Quran is available in German as well as English languages.

According to Arabic newspaper Sabak al Electronia, the publishing company that has been entrusted with the job of printing as many as 2.5 crore Quran refused to print them under pressure from the Church. But when Muslim went to the court, the publisher was forced to surrender. Spokesperson of the Muslim organisation, Aldin al Haquiqi informed that the entire cost would be borne by German Muslims. Democratic Party, Social Democrats and Green Party requested the German government that an immediate ban should be imposed on the free distribution of Quran. Muslims refuted that in the guise of free distribution of Quran, a movement is being run against Christianity. Every year 4,000 Germans are converting to Islam. A German province Hamburg has declared Islam as government religion, so now Muslims can built mosques and mausoleums there. Islam can be preached in jails besides Muslims have also been given the right to built religious educational institutions.                  (Courtesy: India Policy Foundation)
