Study more of history This is with reference to the letter of Smt Tanvir Fatima (Organiser, 18.12.2011). Her remarks against Shri Anand Mishra ‘Abhay’ are unjustified. If Shri Mishra asserts that Islamic invaders were butchers, plunderers, rapists, iconoclasts, destroyers of the magnificent temples, converters of Hindus to Islamic faith, he is saying the truth. Tanvir Fatima writes “I am a truth seeker and humble student of Indian history.” To established the truth it is relevant to cite some facts form Malfuzat-i-Timuri of Timur(translated by Elliot and Dowson). Timur was not a plunderer as she claims rather he was firm believer. His misdeeds and proclamations establish it amply that what he was. He desired to be a Ghazi. He wrote, “It has reached in my ears that the slayer of an indfidel is a Ghazi and if he is slained he becomes a martyr.” In this matter I sought an omen from the Quran. In obedience to the order of Almighty Allah, I ordered an expedition against them.” Timur adopted “Selective slaughter”. thus Tanvir Fatima’s stand crumbles. In context with Battle of Loni Timur asserted, “I determined to take fort at once. Many Rajputs placed their wives and children in their house and burned them, then rushed to the battle and were killed. Next day I gave order that musalman prisoners should be separated and saved but infidels should all be dispatched to hell with proselyting sword, I also ordered that the houses of saiyads, shaikhs and learned musalmans should be preserved.” With regard to the battle of Delhi he wrote “I had put to death some lacs of infidels and idolaters and I have stained my proselyting sword with the blood of enemies of faith.” Describing slaughter at Sirsa he mentioned: “All the infidel Hindus were slained. Their wives and childen were made prisoners and their property and goods became the spoil of victors. The soldiers then returned bringing with them several thousand Hindu women and children who became musalman and repeated the creed….” Giving details of his jehad against Jats, Timur narrates: “I made their wives and children captive and plundered their cattle’s and property. On the same day a party of saiyads who dwelt in vicinity came with courtesy and humility to wait upon me. I treated their chief with great honour.” Tanvir Fatima should make herself familiar with Timurs’s objective. He revealed his heart: “My principle object in coming to Hindustan and in undergoing all this toil and hardship has been to accomplish two things. The first was to war with infidels the enemies of Muhammadan religion; and by this religious warfare to acquire some claim to rewards in the life to come. The other was worldly object; that the army of Islam might gain some thing by plundering the wealth and valuables of the infidels; plunder in war is as lawful as their mother’s milk to musalmans who war for their faith and the consuming of that which is lawful is a means of grace.” Shri Anand Prakash has revealed the reality of Hindukush in the issue of Organiser, 21.8.2011). Tanvir Fatima should accept it honestly.

Listen to the cries of Hindus from Pakistan (Organiser, 1.1.2012); This refers to the editorial ‘Listen to the cries of Hindus from Pakistan’, in Organiser. Certainly the real culprits for the plight of Hindu refugees from Pakistan are, anti-Hindu Congress, its allies, anti- Hindu media, and last but not the least the Hindu voters who vote for Congress and its allies. We need not blame the Muslims as they have been our enemies since centuries. Their religion teaches hatred against all non-Muslims as is evident from worldwide Islamic terrorism. It has been mentioned in the editorial that Hindu refugees are being persuaded by representatives of Imam of Jama Masjid to embrace Islam, and they would arrange Indian citizenship, ration cards and other facilities for them. This is a serious matter and needs to be fully probed, as to who are these representatives of Imam, and what are their links and resources to arrange such facilities. Needless to say that it is a very shamefull situation for India and the Hindus, more so for Mayawati the Chief Minister of UP, who ordered police to lathicharge the peaceful Hindus refugees on December 17, 2011, at mid-night in extreme cold, only to please Muslim voters. And lastly, due to fast multiplication of Muslims coupled with illegal infiltration of Muslims from Bangladesh and Pakistan, Muslim vote-bank is becoming more and more dangerous. If it continues to be so, whole of India would become Pakistan before the end of 21st century.

Walmart works through its hired goons (Organiser, 25.12.2011); The bombshell burst over Bharat as our eminent economist Prime Minister announced that Walmart, Tesco and Carefour will take care and nurture our economy with their 51 per cent stake in the retail segment of our trade sector. Perhaps this is the last gamble our PM is playing not realising that he will unleash an economic crisis that will lead to disastrous consequences by drawing the shutters of our neighbourhood stores where each and everyone had a personal rapport with the friendly shopkeeper. The chasm between the rich and the poor will further widen leaving them no choice except to retire to the Himalayas or drown themselves in the Indian Ocean. It is suicidal for the small traders. Why can’t our eminent economist of international reputation open his eyes and visualise the havoc he will be unleasing on the people of Bharat? Is he totally blind, utterly insensitive, leading us to the brink of ‘disaster? Already a foreigner heads our country entrenching herself and her heir-apparent and now our economy is being handedover on a platter to multinational merchants. Mr Prime Minister, public attitude is changing. People demand transparency and have started questioning the policies of your government and any move in any field is looked upon with suspicion for the record setup in these six years has disillusioned the people. The citizens of Bharat are not meddlesome amateurs but thinking people with foresight and they can see what is in store for them if you are admant in letting foreign investment in and breaking up the already fragile economy. The elected members need courage and commitment to look beyond and thwart the entry of multinational peddlers into our vital economic sector.

A design to destroy Hindu culture (Organiser, 1.1.2012); Whatever Dr Purushottama Bharathi has written is his article are facts, as are seen almost everywhere nowadays. His caution is timely. But so far the permanent solution to these dangerous happening is conserved I have been suggesting a much wider solution. My suggestion is that instead of hampering at such instances on a piece meal basis or half- hazardly every Bharatiya should try to make ‘Hindutva’ the spirit, guideline and symbol of the national, cultural, social and economic life. This single step will undoubtedly ensure national integration not only politically but a well identified sovereignty in the real sense of the term. In fact, this step should have been adopted right in the beginning of the post-Independence era as the main shaping instrument while building Swadhin Bharat, but better late then never. I am making this suggestion and request through Organiser, to every citizen and organisation of Bharat including the political parties believing in democracy. This also helps to bring a common Bharatiya Swabhiman. Let every citizen of Bharat, irrespective of his or her religious status go back to history and recognise the reality that in the long past we all had a common heritage, common culture and common ancestry.

Genocide in Pakistan (Organiser, 1.1.2012); This is with reference to your front page article ‘Genocide, Religious persecution in Pakistan. Plight of Hindus-II’. Violation of human and civic rights is not a new phenomena in Pakistan and Bangladesh. For all this pathetic plight of Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh, ‘Partition Treaty’ signed by the traitors is totally responsible . Even today treacherous UPA is giving shelter to infiltrators form Bangladesh. What a shame on every Congress leader, cadre and supporter. Despite of the fact that our Prime Minster is a Sikh, yet Sikh gurudwaras and Sikh community is in danger inside Pakistan and in Kashmir in India, shame on him. Is our PM illiterate, is it that all the cadre leaders, and voters of UPA are deaf, dumb, and insane? Is it that all the Muslims who are enjoying so much in India are blind dum and deaf? Can’t they feel the plight of Hindus living in a Muslim country Pakistan which was once a part of united Hindustan? Shame on every Muslim of India and entire Muslims who support this genocide, religious persecution of Hindus both directly and indirectly. I appeal to all Hindus to wake-up lest a sad day may come wherein Hindus in India also will be living worse life like their brothers in Pakistan. Sonia and Manmohan are out to create Pakistan like conditions in India at the earliest. The only remedy is to unite unconditionally and liquidate UPA and the clan. Hope the article wakes-up slumbering Hindus and makes shameless Pan-Islamic forces to feel shame on the plight of Hindus in Pakistan. In Pakistan, Hindus are physically liquidated if they refuse to convert to Islam. Is Islam inhuman and barbaric?

Are we a polio free Republic now? (Organiser, 29.1.2012); This is with reference to Dr Harsha Vardhan’s article on Polio titled ‘Are we a polio free Republic now?’ in Organiser’s Special Issue of January 26. I would like to congratulate Dr Harsha Vardhan as well as the entire team of Organiser for taking such an informative article in their Special Issue. Here I would like to add that just two years ago, a number of polio cases were diagnosed. Until 1950’s the disease used to cripple thousands every year. The year 2011 may be remembered for people’s rage against corruption but the good news is that it is also the year when India wiped out its polio taint. But that does not mean that we should rest our oars. Greater vigil is called for to stamp out this scourge for ever.

Man-made calamities Recently a number of mishappenings took place in West Bengal. They were neither a terror act, nor a natural calamity, nor unforced human error. It was just human negligence beyond any calculable limit. This is not the first time we have had such horrific accidents, yet the State government have not learnt anything form such incidents. Indians have a tendency to disregard rules because there is no fear of punishment. This tendency must change.

PM himself is responsible Whenever the credibility of the PM is at stake he blames the Opposition for conspiring to ‘destabilise’ the government. But the truth is that Prime Minister has only himself to blame for his woes. In the present political imbroglio that the Congress-led UPA government finds itself entangled, neither the head of the Union Cabinet nor any other minister dare admit his/her acts of omission and commission. By baseless accusing the Opposition of being ‘pre-maturely restless’ to destabilise the government, Prime Minister has made a last ditch attempt to save his reputation. Had he removed the tainted ministers be could have saved his reputation. But by supporting the tainted ministers he has proved that he also belongs to the same group. Now it is too late for Manmohan Singh to save his and the UPA’s reputation.

Cunning Congress government Congress led UPA at the centre has killed two birds with one stone by declaring its decision to allot entire 13 acres of Indu Mill’s land possessed by NTC in Mumbai for establishment of Dr Ambedkar memorial. Thus Dalit community has been delighted on the eve of upcoming general elections to five State Assemblies. Congress government has succeeded in achieving its self interest. Long standing demand of Dalit community could have been fulfilled long back. But Congress played a trick by fulfilling the demand of the Dalits just before the elections to State Assemblies in five states. One has to admit that by this way Congress has exhibited its shrewdness. It’s decision does not violate model code of conduct. Since elections are neither held in Maharashtra nor in Delhi. Dalit are advised by the Shiv Sena supremo not to display their ardent zeal towards enticement, allurement of Congress government since no specific time is given to them by it to handover the land. His advise should be noted.

Why is Congress not serious about Bills? The UPA Government headed by the Congress seems to be endowed with the special forte for making bad laws being the contrapositives of their professed objectives. While the Lokpal Bill having been passed by the Lok Sabha is an instance, another one in succession is the judicial standards and Accountability Bill, 2010. This Bill is too colourable and perverse to meet its object and so deterrent as to making any complainant against a judge being corrupt or deviating form the judicial standards in deciding the cases or otherwise guilty punishable under S. 196(using evidence known to be false), S.200 (using as true any declaration of a party known to be false on evidence),S.217 (disobeying direction of law to save a person form punishment) and S.219 (corruptly passing any order, judgement contrary to law). Any such complaint can arbitrarily be held as frivolous and the complainant can be punished with rigorous imprisonment up to five years along with fine up to Rs five lakh, vide S.53 of the Bill without any safeguard or provision for any appeal against such a finding by the National Oversight Committee composed of the brother-judges of the judge complained against when that composition of that Committee cannot ensure against professional bias. As the Parliamentary experience for the last 60 years proves that the MPs who alone could move any motion against any corrupt judge under the existing judges (Inquiry) Act,1963 have been in default in this regard with no corrupt judge prosecuted through their agency, it is necessary to keep them out of bounds in this regard even by amending the Constitution. The present Bill offending against the principles of jurisprudence deserves outright rejection and burial lock, stock and barrel.
