Take effective measures to safeguard the borders (Organiser, 30.10.11); After Swami Agnivesh, now the Prashant Bhushan’s shocking statement on Kashmir is by now known to all. Akhil Bharatiya Karyakari Mandal Meeting of RSS in Gorakhpur has taken a serious note of it, because Bhushan spoke in separatist’s language. This not only hurt a few young men who took extreme steps against him, but also millions of Indians. He has shown magnanimity to separatists by advocating for plebiscite. Has he consulted top Kashmiri leaders of Congress, National Conference, BJP etc, or interacted with the people of Jammu, Leh and Ladakh, Gurjar Community or Pandits in exile? None of these would support this idea. The UNO resolution of 1949 is very clear, that Pakistan which was adjudged as an aggressor must withdraw its forces from occupied Kashmir to facilitate plebiscite under the supervision of UNO observers. And adamant Pakistan did not do that. So no plebiscite could be held. How does Bhushan justify today the demand of plebiscite by a few separatists? Will Pakistan withdraw its forces, and also restore back, the territory seceded to China? Bhushan’s brazen suggestions that Kashmir should be seceded to Pakistan, otherwise it may be another Afghanistan is most unpatriotic. Our brave forces are fighting against the insurgency for the past two decades. They are neither tired nor demoralised. Even people of India are united for this cause. Then why Bhushan should speak negatively? He must know, if Kashmir is allowed to secede then other states will also follow. We have already fought against militancy which demanded a separate Khalistan. When Bhushan (Headlines Today 13.10.11) was told about the strong dissent of Kashmiri Pandits to his statement he brazenly reacted and unhesitatingly said that Kashmiri Pandits are anti-national, so they should leave the country as they questioned his constitutional right of freedom of speech. But does he realise, by saying this , he is also doing injustice to Kashmiri Pandits as they too have the right of freedom of speech. Really very insane and ridiculous. It cannot be a non-political act. It smells some vested interest.

Bypoll defeat intensifies infight in Congress (Organiser, 13.11.11); Kuldip Bishnoi’s win can be seen as a sort of referendum for the Jan Lokpal Bill and is a clear indication of what the people want. It is a verdict of the people and a warning for the Congress that it cannot delay the passage of an effective Lokpal Bill in the upcoming winter session at its town peril. If it does not act now it will have to face the brunt not only in the coming bypolls in different states but also in the 2014 elections.

Mayawati’s misstep (Organiser, 13.11.11); Dalits need concrete steps for their welfare and not statues. Mayawati is wasting taxpayers money by building parks with huge statues. What is more surprising is that even the Supreme Court has failed to see anything wrong in all such projects. How can poor Dalits of the State benefit and feel proud of such wastage when they can’t even have two square meals a day. Instead of spending money on such lavish parks, the Chief Minister should have used it for upgrading schools and health facilities in the State. I would like to say that at a time when the poor are facing so many problems, the Chief Minister’s self-aggrandising policies won’t help her much. If she continues like this, it will become difficult for her to win the Assembly elections due next year. Mayawati must take steps to bring Dalits who lag behind in education, health and economy on par with the rest of the population.

Why not criticise the Painter? (Organiser, 16.10.11); This is with reference to a paragraph on Taj Mahal in the article in ‘Why not criticise the painter?’ by Shri Anand Mishra ‘Abhya’ in Organiser. What is the relevance of referring to a historical monument with the paintings of an artist of the modern age? The argument that the carbon dating of a wooden piece from ‘Taj Mahal’ proved that the building is 1,400 years old is superfluous! Is not the Taj Mahal made up marble and where from that wooden piece was taken? The learned author also claimed that ‘Taj Mahal’ was actually the ‘Taz Mahal,’ a Shiva Temple. I do not know the meaning of ‘Taz’, but ‘Taj’ (Crown) is a Persian word and “Mahal’ an Arabic word meaning a building by that name. Is ‘Mahal’ also a Hindi or Sanskirit word? Moreover temples in the north and south India follow an specific design of architecture. Is the design and architecture of ‘Taj Mahal’ in any manner resemble with any of the historic temples of India! If Taj Mahal is 1,400 years old, then why no foreign traveller, Sanskrit or Persian author mentioned it in their accounts.

Corruption corroding competitiveness of Indian business (Organiser, 2.10.11); This is with reference to the front page news item ‘Corruption corroding competitiveness of Indian business’ in Organiser. Congress survives on corruption and Islamic terrorism, so how at all you expect them to forgo these activities which is their livelihood? The only way to free India from corruption and Islamic terrorism is to defeat Congress in every election, politically liquidate Congress. This is what our Bharatmata is waiting for. The article published in Organiser is self-explanatory, timely and thought provoking. Hope common man feels the pinch and rises to finish the culprit i.e. Congress.

Cynical Congress terror politics (Organiser, 24.7.11); This refers to ‘Cynical Congress terror politics’ by GVL Narasimha Rao in Organiser. He has stated that “ Rahul Gandhi scion of the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty believes that they (Muslim terrorists) are not as much dangerous as Hindu radicals.” This is genetic defect, which he carries form Jawaharlal Nehru, and even Motilal Nehru. Infact this disease has spread in all Congressmen like infection. They all have become allergic towards Hindus. Infact Mahatma Gandhi also liked Nehru because of his hatred towards the Hindu culture and tradition. The drama of talking good about Hinduism was only to cheat the Hindus. Nehru in his letter dated 12.10.33, to Asaf Ali writes, “I realise that there is some feeling among Muslims, that the Harijan movement is aimed at strengthening Hindus politically. This is of course without foundation, but none the less it is there. As a matter of fact, the aspect of Harijan movement, which appeals to me most is that, it will create split among them, and will weaken the Hindus. I like such split.” (See page 312, Rebel and Statesman, by BR Nanda, Oxford University Press, Bombay. It’s review appeared in Organiser , 26.5.96. This shows the extreme bad intention Nehru had against the Hindus. It would be correct to say that it was hatred against the Hindus, which was a common factor between Gandhi and Nehru, and this was the basic reason that Gandhi liked Nehru the most.

Congress Party’s condition is like Scylla and Charybdis Hue and cry was raised which moved heaven and earth to demand the immediate resignation of Shri Yeddyurappa the then CM of Karnataka soon after justice Santosh Hegde the then Lokayukta submitted his censorious report on him regarding illegal mining, allotment of Government land to family members and his telephone tapping. Despite BJP high command had made it clear that it would take appropriate action, the Congress and its sycophants were in an impatience mood till said demand materalised. Shri Yeddyurappa stepped down as directed by high command. Smt Sheila Dixit, Chief Minister of Delhi belongs to same Congress, is now in an embarrassing position following Delhi Lokayukta report in which several strictures were passed on her in a respect of large-scale financial irregularities, malpractices and misuse of public money during CWG. Similarly CAG too held her accountable. Even PM Dr Manmohan Singh, P Chidambaram the then Finance Minister (Currently HM) have also been accused by it. Most shameful act is that Congress Party has been shielding them. Opposition’s demand for their ouster has been turned down. Why two different yardsticks for Congress CM and BJP CM?

Looting Hindu temples The anti-Hindu secularists and non-Hindus in power are at it again. Having allowed sale and encroachment of thousands of acres of Lord Jagannath’s land, now they are championing entry of non-Hindus into Sri Mandir without even the non-Hindus demanding it. They are also eyeing the temple properties all over the country. Some argue that as the temple assets have remained static they must be converted into liquid assets to serve the country’s poor and for development. To start with let it be asserted that neither the modern day Jayachandras and Mir Jafars nor their forefathers have any contribution towards temple property or protection of Dharma. All the movable and immovable properties which are with various Hindus temples and trusts today are but the leftovers of twelve hundred years of Christo-Islamic loot of India. Further these properties have been donated by various kings mainly for protection and promotion of Hindu Dharma through spiritualism and philanthropy. Another aspect of endowing the temples with properties has been to regain and reconstruct temples undergoing vandalism at the hands of the looters. Therefore various Central and State Government agencies trying to attach temple properties to government’s coffers is highly objectionable.

UPA has destroyed even PSUs Some of the country’s glittering Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) are on the brink of destruction due to the foolhardy policies and criminal inaction by the UPA government. These units are in the red because the government has completely failed to provide them with direction, operational autonomy and support. Given the fact that the government led by Manmohan Singh has allowed select private operators patronised by the then Union Telecom Minister A Raja to loot the public through what is known as the 2G Spectrum Scam, it is no wonder that state run telecom companies are among the major losers even as private firms post healthy profits. UPA has also brought Air India, which was once the nations’ flag carrier, crashing down . If the government does not take immediate remedial measures, only the debris of some PSUs remain to be collected.

UPA is afraid of its own acts The UPA government is afraid of its own corruption and is adopting oppressive measures. The barbaric action at the satyagrahis at the Ramlila Grounds shows that the government wants to suppress any reasonable voice raised against it with the use of lathi and bullet. Suicidal step by UPA India might lose 17.157 hectares of land after the land swap agreement signed between India and Bangladesh during Manmohan Singh’s recent visit to Dhaka. The people of Assam will be the most affected lot by this deal as the State has to give up administrative control of over 520 hectares of land. But Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has said that the deal is a historic one and Assam has gained a lot by the deal. Sounds quite funny

Why UPA is harping the same tune again and again I feel very sorry when I read that the Congress leaders were harassing the BJP only on one issue i.e. the Gujarat riots and the so-called secularism. The Congress leaders are shameless. They perpetrated the genocide on the Sikhs in 1984. Not a single culprit was brought to the book. Their CBI submitted to the court to close the cases against Jagdish Tytler and Sajan Kumar.On the other hand they raised the issue of the Gujarat riots a number of times, even upto the level of the Supreme Court. But why not the Congress adopt the same policy in the case of the Sikhs. I know that the issue of injustice to the Sikhs was raised by some columnists in the Organiser. I am really thankful to these columnists.
