ABVP protest new recruitment policy of J&K Government?
Police in Jammu on November 9 detained 43 students and activists of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad as they were marching towards the Civil Secretariat to protest against the new recruitment policy of the State government. In the new policy, the government has proposed to give low salary to the new employees even than the surrendered terrorists. ABVP activists clashed with the police when they were stopped from going towards the Secretariat. Later, 43 of them were detained and carried away in police vehicles.
