Rashtriya Sevika Samiti has appealed to the countrymen to pressurise the government from all means to clear the confusion developed in the country by Mumbai ATS regarding the Malegaon blasts and torture of Hindu leaders. In a statement issued from Nagpur on November 23, Akhil Bharatiya Pramukh Karyavahika of the Samiti, Smt Shantakkatai said only the ?united strength of people? can change this atmosphere and people should face the situation with patience while remain alert and conscious.
?For the last few days a kind of unrest has developed among the people and they appear confused. They are afraid not only due to the internal situation of the country but also due to the global economic recession. The repeated incidents of bomb blasts have made the life more insecure. In such a situation some media houses by creating many kinds of fake scenes regarding the Malegaon blast case have confused the people. The treatment meted out to Sadhvi Pragya who dedicated her life to the dharma and society and also to Col. Purohit, has agitated the common man. The arguments that some Hindus are conspiring to kill some senior RSS leaders is nothing but a move to divide the Hindu society. Both the Central and state governments have failed to arrest terrorism and this move appears to be part of another game plan to cover up their failure,? Smt Shantakkatai said in the statement.
She further said the people have very much respect to the patriotism of RSS. The British Government too has recently accepted the self-less services of the RSS. ?We strongly condemn the policy of involving the RSS and other Hindu organisations in a controversy. People today wonder why both the state and the Central governments are mot taking any effective and tough step to expose the conspiracies behind the bomb blast incidents at other places where a large number of people were killed? Why is it stick to the Malegaon blast where only five people were killed? It is nothing but another instance of Muslim appeasement,? she added.
