* Make a hole in one end of the ruler by piercing with the end of the blade of scissors into it.
* Pass the string through the hole and tie a firm knot at the end.
How to play
* Hold the loose end of the string and swing the ruler around you.
* The ruler will rotate while making a whirring noise.
