The Ram Navami procession was organised by Indraprastha Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Hindu Parva Samanvay Samiti and other religious, cultural, social and educational organisations of Delhi. More than 200 tableaux were decorated on the occasion. Former VHP president Shri Vishnu Hari Dalmia and former CBI director Joginder Singh inaugurated the procession. The Ram Sethu Raksha yajna was also performed in the presence of the leaders of various religious, social and cultural organisations at the same venue.
