Samuel Reddy, the Andhra CM, works very methodically and ceaselessly to do the real damage to Hindu infrastructure. His focus is unparalleled. His cronies are on the job of occupying huge tracts of lands in Tirupathi town through force and fear. That the management of the Holy Shrine is in the hands of crypto xtians is an evident for a casual visitor. The reception is rude, the Holy Darshan is most painful, there are no laminated images of the Lord in many cottages, beds are infested with bugs. The Mandir surroundings are sterile and a silent hand of the cross is evident. Every road leading to the Holy Town is lined up with numerous churches. None of these seem accidental. Now that there is a High Court Order staying sale of Mandir lands, the speed is somewhat slow, but not shelved at all. May be through a vacation of stay order it will be enabled. The latest fad is to sell any piece of property under any department to his cronies. It is openly said that this government doesn'tcare if it will ever come back to power, hence sell the land to friends and relatives under any pretext and be done with it! He wants to give 99 year lease of all government hospital properties?once again guess who will take the cake! Hindu bodies must maintain ceaseless vigil or else the loss will be permanent. Here is a small sample?News from Eenadu

MANDIR PROPERTIES FOR SALE: 110 Acres readied in phase-I Ground is being readied to do away with mandir lands. Those lands without any legal disputes are being readied by the Endowments Department in the first phase. 110 acres pertaining to various mandirs located in Visakhapatnam city, Bheemili, Tagarapuvalasa, Anakapalli, have been shortlisted. Government has recently decided to sell the mandir lands throughout the State. As part of this decision, Commissioner of the Department has passed orders to submit the districtwise details of these lands. In compliance of the orders, Assistant Commissioner of State Endowments Department, Shri M.V.S. Vishnuprasad has prepared a report of the urban properties surrounding Visakhapatnam. These are properties where no disputes are pending. In Visakha there are about 15,000 acres belonging to various mandirs and Hindu spiritual bodies. Of these, 8000 acres belong to the Simhachala Narsimha Devasthanam and the rest belong to other mandirs and bodies according to the official sources.

SALE THROUGH METHOD OF AUCTION: In the District 110 acres is ready for easy sale. Emberumanar Mandir has 20 acres of land in the Madhuravada area. Of these, 2 acres has been sold off earlier and 18 acres is still remaining. This 18 acres is now being proposed for sale through open auction. It is estimated to realise Rs. 30 crore through this sale. Similarly through the sale of Langarkhana and other mandir lands officials hope to realise another Rs. 30 crore on the whole totalling to Rs. 60 crore. There is a good possibility of this realisation becoming even bigger. They decided to conduct survey on some more lands. For this work they wish to engage services of private surveyors. More lands are available in Bheemili and Tagarapuvalasa areas. They wish to ready them for sale after conducting survey. Proposals to this end have been sent to the Commissioner. As soon as green signal is received for sale of the first lot of 110 acres auction will be conducted.
