Souvenir by Hindusthan Samachar

Hindusthan Samachar has published a souvenir compiling the speeches delivered and the papers presented at the seminar organised on December 18 on ?Media and Future India?. The souvenir was released by Acharya Vishnukant Shastri in New Delhi on January 28. Smt. Indira Goswami, a noted literary person of Assamia, Shri Virendra Singh Jauhar, president, Punjabi Sahitya Sabha and Shri Ramshankar Agnihotri, president, Hindusthan Samachar, were also present on the occasion.

Golden jubilee convention of BMS in Delhi

The year 2005 is the golden jubilee year of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS), which is the country'slargest labour organisation. Besides a number of functions to be held all over the country to celebrate the golden jubilee, the BMS has decided to hold its 14th All India Convention in Delhi to celebrate it on a large scale. The three-day convention will be held at Ramlila Grounds from April 3 to 5. Thousands of delegates from all parts of the country will participate in the event. It will be the first all India convention of BMS after the demise of its founder, Dattopant Thengadi.
