Moropant Pingle hostel in Nagpur
S the hostel run by Dr Hedgewar Smarak Samiti at the premises of Reshim Bagh Smriti Mandir in Nagpur after the late Sangh Pracharak, Moropant Pingle, Sarkaryavah Shri Mohanrao Bhagwat hoped that the hostel would produce as brave, good-natured and dutiful students as the late Moropant Pingle was. He advised the students to know about the life of Pingleji closely and imbibe the qualities of his extraordinary capabilities to do the work, of leadership, unique patience and bravery to successfully face any kind of challenge. Shri Bhagwat said that the aim of the students was to get education, but they should utilise their education in national interest.
Began with only seven students on June 22, 1999, the hostel now has 110 students. ?Since the hostel has the name of both Dr Hedgewar and Pingleji, it has enhanced the responsibility of both the students and the managers of the hostel,? he said. Sarsanghchalak Shri K.S. Sudarshan and Vidarbh Prant Sanghchalak, Shri Ram Joshi were also present at the function.
