Janjati Kalyan Mela JANJATI Kalyan Kendra Mahakaushal Prant organised a Kalyan Mela at Bargaon under Dindori district of Madhya Pradesh on January 23. The Mela was organised under the patronage of Mahamandaleshwar Swami Akhileshwaranand Giri and Mahant Bhagatgiri Bachuji Maharaj. Shri Nitin Gandhi of Jabalpur was the chief guest on the occasion. Different activities were organised in the Mela for children. The activities included rangoli and kabaddi competitions, Manas Gayan competition, Bambulia Gayan competition, group folk dance, etc. In his speech, Mahamandaleshwar Swami Akhileshwaranand Giri underlined the 15 years progress of the Janjati Kalyan Kendra. The Kalyan Kendra was formed in 1995 and presently it runs a hostel accommodating 20 students, a Gosadan for cows and many other projects. In his speech, Swami Bachu Giri Maharaj cautioned the people about the anti-national activities going on around them. Shri Nitin Gandhi said good education helps in living a respectable life.
