Malegaon Blast Case: Truth vindicates

With the NIA Court acquitting all the accused in the Malegaon blast case, the then Congress led UPA regime fulfilled its pro-Pakistan agenda by putting Hindu patriots like Lt Col Purohit in the lock up

I have stated in my book The Myth of Hindu Terror (2018 Vitasta) that the Malegaon terror attack on September 29 in 2008 was done by Ahle-Hadis, a radical Islamic outfit, which had also done the 2006 Malegaon blast. This fact highlighted by me in my book had been repeatedly reinforced by the first responder – Inspector General of Nashik district, who later went on to become Additional Director General of Police Maharashtra.

Pakistani Hand in All Terror Attacks

The then Government in power (Congress led UPA Government) had set a pattern of naming all terror attacks of the time. There were many instances that attributed Hindus as perpetrators. In all these cases, the perpetrators were either from Pakistan or belonged to Pakistan Occupied Kashmir-based ISI sponsored outfits. They were responsible for orchestrating these attacks. This is as per the Government’s reply to scores of questions in both Houses of Parliament, which can be verified from the respective websites of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.

Clean Chit to Islamabad?

The big question that needs to be answered is whether it was appeasing the local Muslim community or was it indirectly giving a clean chit to Pakistan and POK-based ISI sponsored terror outfits who by the admission of the then Government were responsible for several terror attacks in the country from 2004 to 2008 and after.

By virtue of this, the then Government in power was encouraging Pakistan/ POK-based terror outfits to kill Indians at large to put Hindus in jail on false cases. Another viewpoint in the time lines is important. In 2005 there were many terror attacks like the Shramjeevi Express blast case. In most cases, the perpetrators were Muslims. This created a concern amongst the ruling party that this could create alienation amongst their appeased vote bank. This triggered an endeavour from the ruling dispensation to attribute all attacks after serial Mumbai train blasts 2006 like Samjhauta Blast, Mecca Masjid Hyderabad and few others to Hindus. In the Samjhautha case, Arif Kasmani, the real culprit of the attack, was shouting that he had done the attack. But then Bharat Sarkar was insisting that Hindus had done something similar to the recent statement made by P Chidambaram, ex-Home and Finance Minister during the UPA regime, on the Pahalgam attack. The former Minister and Congress leader had stated that home bred terrorists were involved. This was a ploy by Congress to allow Pakistani perpetrators to orchestrate terror in India and get away scot-free, while innocent Hindus were put in jail. In the Samjhautha Express blast also, this was observed. The Pakistani terrorist, initially apprehended by Haryana Police, went back to Pakistan within 14 days being facilitated by the then UPA Government in power in State and Centre. The momentum of allowing real perptrators of terror acts to escape while innocent Hindus were put in jail for the act continued in 2008, including in the terror incident of September 29 in 2008. More importantly, to carry out their hidden agenda, they had drawn out a blueprint to execute in 29.9.2008 the terror incident. The first responder was the local police under IG Nashik. His observation was recalled in the foregoing about the involvement of Ahle-Hadis.

Overlooking it, the Government of Maharashtra at break neck speed transferred the case to ATS. ATS, which took seven months to apprehend the alleged perpetrators in the July 2006 blasts, pinned down the accused Sadhvi in 20 days and Col within 30 days. This turn of events sure betrays that there was a script being followed. This gets reinforced in the Court ruling. I can go on and on. But brevity is the soul of wit so I close with Satyameva Jayate. Because we are Bharat. Bharat represents light. Ratha means chariot. We are the Chariot of Illumination for the entire universe. This cannot breed in bed of lies. So Satyameva Jayate Punar Punar Satyameva Jayaaaaate.
