Tamil Nadu: Operation Sindoor exposed the 0.5 internal enemy masked as dravidianists and urban naxals

The height of the joke is a former MLA claiming that the ceasefire was announced after seeing the rally of the DMK led by Thalapathy (commander) Stalin in Chennai. “World nations feared his bravery. Stalin walked. War came to end

The divisive forces in Tamil Nadu are known to wait for any sort of opportunity to exploit and strengthen their agenda, and this time, they find Operation Sindoor to take sides with Pakistan under the garb of humanity. Organisations like the Progressive Writers’ Forum, leftists, urban Naxals and fringe outfits are expressing concern for the plight of Pakistani citizens, its economy and others — misleading people that the attack by Bharat has some hidden agenda aimed against Muslims.

The Organiser weekly has been reporting such odd voices from across Bharat, including Tamil Nadu. Let us track some more voices that need to be contained in a fitting way; otherwise, it will be a free-for-all anarchy situation.

Pozhilan – Tamizhaga Makkal Munnani

In FB post stated, “There are two categories of oppressors, dismantlers, and destroyers of Kashmiriyat and the Kashmiri people. The first category consists of supporters of Pakistan, while the second includes fascist Brahmins. The Kashmiri people find themselves trapped and oppressed by both groups. It is imperative that we stand in solidarity with the Kashmiris who have been stripped of their nation, their national identity, and their means of livelihood, and that we oppose the violent thugs who are crushing the Kashmiri people. We must raise our voices in support of the Kashmiri people.”

Thiyagu – Tamil National Liberation Movement

“I firmly believe that India will face a similar defeat in Kashmir like Pakistan faced in the Bangladesh war. If Modi opts for military action, Indian Army will be left with no choice but to surrender as 93,000 Pakistani soldiers did in Bangladesh war.”

T.J. Gnanavel – Tamil Movie Director

“Tourist places are not even safe but what’s worse is sending back Pakistani kids who have come for treatment”

— Vishwatma 🇮🇳 ( மோடியின் குடும்பம் ) (@HLKodo) April 27, 2025

R.K. Radhakrishnan – DMK Supporting Journalist

“Every major terrorist attack in the country has transpired during the BJP’s tenure, including the Kargil attack of 1999, the Parliament attack, the Uri attack, and the Pulwama attack. A 30-year data reveals that confrontations with Pakistan majorly occur during the BJP’s rule”.

However, critics argue that this journalist conveniently ignores the Mumbai terror attack 2008, the Mumbai blasts 1993, and the Malegaon blasts and several other attacks.

Rajya Sabha MP and MDMK General Secretary Vaiko said:

“The government should ponder over the effects of war on both sides. If we make war, thousands of hapless children and women will get affected. The attacks should be targeted against the hideouts of the extremists, not on the areas where citizens dwell.”

Former Union Minister and DMK MP T.R. Baalu said:

“BJP should not view this on communal angles. The Central government has so far not announced officially the war situation and casualties. The issue should be considered on secular lines.” It is the stand of the DMK which was urged to the Central government. “BJP should not address this on communal angles but should do it in a fair manner.”

Back in Chennai, TN CM and DMK president M.K. Stalin led a rally in support of the armed forces for their bravery in Operation Sindoor, from the DGP’s office to the War Memorial in Chennai at 5 pm on 10 May to express support for the Indian Army. Critics point out: “It was a roadshow to boost DMK’s image and a PR exercise. It was claimed to be an All Faith rally, except some Muslims with skull caps and Christian pastors in their robes. No saffron-clad Hindu sadhus, mutt heads or leaders were present. Stalin was seen shaking hands with the people while the war is on. It is a mockery and a stage-managed drama.”

The critics question the inaction against Dravidianist social media activists like Sundravalli and Dr Sharmila, who claimed the Pahalgam attack was staged by the BJP to win elections. They have been making highly disparaging comments on PM Modi and on Hindus.

“They and others are untouched, but he took out a rally in support of armed forces — it is highly ridiculing.”

Periyarist “Sundaravalli” posted an AI-generated image on her social media account, depicting Pakistan’s Prime Minister kneeling before Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Modi kneeling before U.S. President Trump. This was clearly anti-India rhetoric on her official X account under the title “The Truth and Shadow,” which has since faced severe criticism. (Note- This Post from @Sundara10269992 has been withheld in response to a legal demand)

Earlier she — a habitual Hinduphobic, anti-BJP, RSS critic — claimed in a post on the Pahalgam terror attack:

“Those who came as tourists and took off their clothes to see if they were Muslims were in military uniforms. This further confirms suspicions about the BJP. Since a non-BJP opposition party is in power there, we also need to see if the BJP is conspiring with the army.”

Sundravalli’s unfounded accusations not only targeted the ruling government but also cast a disgraceful shadow over the Indian Armed Forces — drawing widespread condemnation from netizens.

Sanghi Prince, in a post on X, exposed the DMK : “Block the Indian Army vehicles. It’s the mass thing to do – DMK IT Wing lead @JamesStanly gives signal to the sleeper cells.!?! Why are you going on a march for Indian soldiers instead of arresting”

Meanwhile, police booked a case against Thirunelveli VCK cadre Murugan Khanna, who made defamatory remarks against the armed forces.

VCK founder and Lok Sabha MP Thol Thirumavalavan said:

“Can’t do anything against Pakistan… it should be a mute spectator when the terrorists kill Indians immaterial of the numbers and should not retaliate. India has attacked Pakistan as per Hindutva ideologies.”

Critics ask why he should not be booked under NSA — why Thirumavalavan, who is speaking in favour of Pakistan while being an MP, remains untouched.

Dr Sumanth Raman, on his X handle, said: “The terrorists who carried out the Pahalgam massacre are still at large. Despite being hit, Pakistan was still able to mount some retaliation. Pakistan was not isolated diplomatically. They still got the IMF aid package. I’m trying to think of what we got out of all this, that we have paid for with more lives than the 26 we lost at Pahalgam and billions of dollars worth of defence equipment spent and the damage to some of our towns. Next time there is a terror attack, how will it be any different even if we retaliate against Pakistan directly?”

Former TN AIADMK Minister Vaigai Selvan joked that the ceasefire came into effect to facilitate AIADMK leader Edapadi K. Palaniswami to celebrate his birthday. “That was the reason for postponement of India-Pakistan war.”

Journalist Tarasu Shyam said:

“Attacks continue on the borders. Pakistan is ready with nuke arsenals. Modi lost international support. Why? Do you know?”

In a recent interview on the Dravidianist propaganda YouTube channel ‘Aransei’, known for its ideological bias, communist sympathiser Maruthaiyan said:

“When a war is going on, we can never find out immediately which side is telling the truth. Both sides will say that we won, we won, we are the ones who are winning. Now, they (Indian) are saying that we have killed 100 terrorists, isn’t it? Yes, when they have declared that we are going to fight a war and going to attack the terrorists, then the terrorists seem to have been sitting there, don’t they?… If you kill the tribals, then the dead are Maoists, extremists and terrorists. Now, here you can say the same and account them as terrorists, that’s it. They claim that there were children among those killed. Let that be on one side. On the other side, Pakistan is saying that they shot down five fighter jets—three Rafales and two MiGs.”

His entire discussion centred around “what Pakistan thinks, what its people believe, how China views the situation, and how international media has reported on it—while portraying India as if it’s just sitting idly by, doing nothing.”

A social media user named Muhammad Abdul Azim allegedly shared a status video showing people holding Pakistani flags while burning images of PM Modi and the Indian flag. The video is believed to be of Pakistani origin, but what shocked many was that Azim reportedly works at TVS in Tamil Nadu.

Guy Named Muhammad_abdul_azim on Insta shared a video of Buring an indian PM Modi's Pic and Indian Flag surrounded by Pakistan Flags. He's Working on TVS, Tamilnadu.

Dravidar Kazhagam’s Deputy General Secretary, Mathivadhani, alleges:

“The Sanghis have started to paint a religious picture to hide their defeat. Even before they could write condolence messages to those who suffered the loss, they had already started using religion to incite riots. They are the threat to India!”

Dravidianist sympathiser Ashok R says:

“No matter which regime a terrorist attack takes place in, it is a stain on that regime. But it is only the BJP/Modi government that is inept and corrupt, that is blaming terrorist attacks on local Muslims, spreading and instilling fear in the minds of Hindutva fools that it would be better if they were in power… As long as BJP is in power, there will be no security not only for Muslims but also for Hindus and Christians. ‘Munuswamy, you who are supposed to provide security, are well protected,’ is the dialogue in the movie Beast, and that Munuswamy is Modi. Drive out Modi. India will become stronger. It will rise again. It will gain respect.”

Lakshmi Ramachandran, General Secretary of the Tamil Nadu Congress and TNCC spokesperson, says: “Attack by Pakistani terrorists on innocent tourists in Pahalgam is extremely disturbing. The way Godi media is reporting the ghastly attack, treading a careful line lest they displease Modi-Shah, is highly irritating. They are making this a Hindu-Muslim issue to please their bosses. They are claiming that the terrorists made sure that the victims were Hindus before shooting them down. Some of the victims are Tamils and Telugus we hear. How the hell will Pakistani terrorists distinguish between a Tamil Muslim and Tamil Hindu? Shame on you Godi media. You have no humanity left in you. INDIANS were killed and the perpetrators should not be spared.”

In another post, she said:

“It is a calculated political move by the BJP to manipulate grief, anger and religious identity for electoral gain. Playing politics with human lives is not only unethical, it is Un-Indian. We, the people of India, Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Sikhs and others stand united in our belief. We don’t want war. We demand conflict resolution. We seek justice rooted in truth, not vengeance. We want peace, not polarisation. Let us not allow the politics of fear and hate to define our future. #EndWar #NotInOurName”

Film critic Logesh Balachandran said, “What are you celebrating? What is there to celebrate? It was a terror attack, and the people in power have made a decision to seek revenge….. Revenge is not a solution; war is not a solution. How can you all casually celebrate this? At least leave it to those in power. They will see it; just leave it to them.
