The grandeur and divinity of the Mahakumbh have sparked immense excitement, not just in India but also internationally. Among the global visitors is Pinar, a Turkish citizen, who has come to Sangam for the first time to experience India’s rich culture and traditions.
Pinar performed the sacred Ganga Snan (holy dip in the Ganges), applied a tilak on her forehead, and immersed herself in the spiritual journey of Sanatan Dharma. Sharing her experience, Pinar said she first heard about the Mahakumbh from friends and had long dreamed of witnessing it in person.
Deeply influenced by Indian culture, she described the atmosphere of the Mahakumbh as “divine and majestic.” Walking on the sands of Sangam and taking the holy dip in the Ganga were unforgettable experiences for her.
