NAGPUR: “Sanghik Geet (Collective singing of patriotic songs) creates harmony. Singing in unison fosters a sense of unity. Music, singing, and songs are inherent in every person, bringing it out is the need of the hour”, said RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan Bhagwat while addressing an event Swarabhishek of Freedom, an award distribution ceremony of the patriotic and cultural song competition organised by the Nadbrahma organisation, Nagpur.
Humans have a heart that beats, it produces rhythm. A person’s voice has variations, and the emotions of the mind bring rise and fall to tones. It is the job of tones to express emotions, he said.

Hence, it is said that one who does not understand music and drama is not fully human. If a song is dedicated to a great purpose, it is like a bonus (Sone Par Suhaga).”
