Maratha reserve is an excuse; the “objective” is to grant Muslims a reservation!

The Maratha reservation movement has gained momentum in recent years, with activists like Manoj Jarange advocating for quotas in education and employment for the Maratha community. However, NCP leader Sharad Pawar has advocated for the rights of minorities, particularly Muslims, emphasising the need for fair opportunities

Sharad Pawar, a prominent Indian politician and leader of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), has often spoken on various issues including reservation policies in India. The topic of Muslim reservation, or “Muslim Aarakshan,” revolves around the provision of affirmative action and quotas for Muslim communities in educational institutions and government jobs.

In discussions about this topic, An interview with Pawar for BBC News, Pawar has emphasised the need for equitable opportunities for Muslims, while also addressing concerns regarding social justice and integration. His views often reflect a support for minority rights.

Since the beginning of Maratha reservation, Sharad Pawar has never clarified his stand on Maratha reservation, even during his government, apart from instigating the movement and roasting his own political bread on it. Pawar also described himself as a Maratha leader. What is Maratha reservation and how to get it? He never hesitated to make forceful claims.

A more sophisticated approach to Muslim reservation has been espoused by Sharad Pawar. Sharad Pawar, who up until yesterday had not provided a definitive response on the question of whether Marathas should be granted reservations, stated in a BBC Marathi interview that although reservations should be granted, other marginalised groups within society will also need to be accommodated. Let us now examine the minor details that Pawar, the Muslim handmaiden, refers to.

Ever since the ‘leader of Marathas’ Manoj Jarange started raising his voice for reservation for Muslims, there were many question marks on Maratha reservation. What happened to the Muslims all of a sudden? Was this happening? Well, there was a lot of talk for a long time about the movement and Manoj Jarange’s links with Sharad Pawar. And now if we see Pawar’s interview, then the whole picture is clear that how did the cowardice of Jarange Muslims happen? And who was the real face behind instigating the Maratha movement?

During an interview with BBC Marathi, when Sharad Pawar was asked whether he should get Maratha reservation and how he should get it? When asked what was Pawar’s response to the question – “Reservation needs to be given. But while giving this, other small sections of the society will also have to be taken care of. If you mention the Jaranges, one thing is right about them that they insisted that not only reservation should be given to the Maratha community, but also Muslims and others communities should be considered. It is a good thing that the role of reservation is not only for Marathas but has taken a wider role. ”

If we, understand chronology.

That is, according to Sharad Pawar, Marathas should get reservation but with one condition, and that condition is “Muslims should also get reservation. ”

And Pawar is right that in the end, the former Prime Minister, who was himself following Sonia Gandhi’s instructions, said that the first right on any kind of ‘resource’ will be of the Muslims. ”

And the main thing is that Sharad Pawar should please his vote bank, the rest of the people can sometimes be fooled, his father-son have been doing this for years.

That is, it can be said that why Maratha reservation was never an issue for Sharad Abbajan, through which Muslims have to shave their beards by giving them reservation.

Just as Suryaji Pisal betrayed the Marathas and subjugated the fort of Raigad, the capital of Hindavi Swarajya, to Aurangzeb, the same betrayal is now being repeated with the Marathas. The only difference is that now Suryaji is running his party worker instead of Pisal and the place of Aurangzeb is being run by ‘Sharadoddin of Baramati’ himself.

Wasn’t it Sharad Pawar’s plan to project Jarange as a leader of the Marathas and criticise the government on Maratha reservation, divide Hindus through reservation and get reservation for Muslims from it?

That is, by putting a gun on Jarange’s shoulder, Sharad Pawar is trying to kill 3 birds in one gun.

1) Separating Hindus under the pretext of reservations.

2) Anger against the government.

3) Reservation for Muslims, for which Sharad Pawar made Maratha reservation a farce!
