Notably, the development has arrived amidst bitter exchange of words between the RJD and the NDA leaders over law and order situation of the state where former deputy Chief Minister, Tejaswi Yadav has been continuously alleging Chief Minister Nitish Kumar led coalition government in failing to contain the surge in crimes in the state.
Though contrary to the claims of the opposition, the NDA leaders have been keep reminding Yadav about the law and order status in the “Jungleraj”, a term widely used for the consecutive governments of Bihar under Lalu Prasad Yadav rule. It is worth mentioning here, that of late the state has witnessed a surge in crime given rise in incidents of murder and loot, stirring a fresh political row between the opposition and the ruling alliance over law and order situation.
