Cuttack, June: “RSS  has been working relentlessly since  99 years with the aim of character building of our citizens and social transformation. Citizen of our country now can feel it’s result. Bharat will become  Vishwaguru after the complete transformation of our society. Only through Bharatiya ‘Swa’ this can be achieved. ”  said Rabi Narayan Panda, Saha Prant Karyavaha, RSS Odisha (Purva) Prant.

On June 17, 2024 at Cuttack, while addressing the closing ceremony of Sangh Siksha Varg, a  Fifteen day training programme for the Swayamsevak, Panda said, We have just celebrated 75 years of independence of the country. During this Amrit Kaal, we are discussing about ’Swatantrata ’. What is India’s ‘swa’? What is  ‘Swa’ ‘Tantra’ ? What is Bhartiyata? Serious discussions are going on in the society on these topics.

Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore has described the fundamental difference between the western social system and the Indian social system in his book Swadeshi Samaj. Gandhiji has also propounded in his book Hind Swaraj how India’s own system should be and how it is different from the western system.

Panda said that there is a conflict going on between ideologies in the world. Bharatiya philosophy is based on sacrifice while Western ideology is based on enjoyment. From an ideological point of view, the view of the world is different between the two. Western society imagines living for 80-90 years and that is why it wants to achieve everything in one life. Whereas Indian philosophy believes in reincarnation and talks about living a life of sacrifice. Bharatiya philosophy says Ten Tyakten Bhunjitah.

In this concluding ceremoney, Vice Chancellor of Shri Shri University, Cuttack, Dr. B.R. Sharma was the chief guest. In his speech, he praised the role of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in nation building. He said that through training classes like Sangh Siksha Varg, the personality of the swayamsevak is being developed Through such training, the character of the volunteers is being built. I consider myself blessed to be a part of such a program.

A total of 257 trainees from 18 districts and 1 mahanagar of the state took training in this training camp organized at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir campus located at Gatiraut Patna in Cuttack. Out of this, 195 were students. There were a total of 31 sikshyaks and 53 prabandhaks in the camp. Along with this, Akhil Bharatiya Adhikaris the Sangh, zonal and prant level officials were present in this Varg and trained the trainees.

Mohan Charan Majhi, Chief Minister of Odisha, Two Deputy CM KV Singhdeo and Smt Pravati Parida also attended the closing ceremony.

“I attended the closing ceremony of the Sangh Siksha Varg in Cuttack of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, which has pledged to maintain the values of Indian culture and society. In this program, I got the opportunity to see the learning activities of the Swayamsevak brothers. ” Chief Minister Mohan Majhi wrote on social media after attending the closing ceremony.
