Saffron

Saffron, obtained from the Crocus sativus plant, serves as a natural elixir for enhancing eyesight. Packed with beneficial compounds, it shields the delicate retina while enhancing blood circulation to the eyes. This potent spice is revered for supporting ocular health and naturally improving vision.

Haritaki

Haritaki, or Terminalia chebula, is a prominent herb in Ayurvedic medicine, particularly for eye ailments. With its abundant antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents, Haritaki shields the eyes from oxidative damage and inflammation. Additionally, it enhances blood circulation to the eyes, aiding in reducing intraocular pressure.
