Gujarat Police Force Recruitment Board has released the Gujarat Police Recruitment 2024 Notification for the post of Sub Inspector, Constable, and Jail Sepoy. This year, a total of 12472 vacancies are available under the recruitment process. Candidates can submit their application form on the official website at ojas.gujarat.gov.in. The last date to apply is April 30, 2024.

As per the official notification, the Gujarat Police Recruitment 2024 exam dates will be announced soon. The selection of eligible candidates for the vacant posts will be done in through four stages: Written Test, PET, Physical Measurement Test, Medical Examination and Document Verification.

To register for Gujarat Police Recruitment 2024, candidates from the unreserved category have to pay an application fee of INR 100 and candidates from reserved category are exempted from paying any application fee. The fee can be paid in online mode through debit, credit or net banking.

Step 1: Visit the official website of Gujarat Police Recruitment 2024 at ojas.gujarat.gov.in.

Step 2: From the homepage, click on the “Online Application” tab available.

Step 3: Click on the “Apply” option from the drop-down link and read the advertisement carefully.

Step 4: Complete your one-time registration process and log in by using your registration number and date of birth.

 

Step 5: Fill out the Gujarat Police Recruitment 2024 Form and upload the documents as required.

Step 6: In the last step, review the application carefully and pay the application fee of INR 100. Take a printout of the application form for future use.

To be eligible for Gujarat Police Recruitment 2024, candidates should be citizens of India and must have a domicile of Gujarat. The age limit for Constable post is 18 to 33 years and the age limit for Sub-Inspector post is 21 to 35 years. Candidates from OBC, SC, ST and Gujarat Home Guards categories will be eligible for relaxation in the upper age limit.

Those who wish to apply for the post of Constable must have completed their 10+2 qualifications from a recognised exam board. For the Sub-Inspector post, candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline are eligible to apply.

Those who meet the eligibility criteria and clear the selection exams will be shortlisted for 472 vacancies for Unarmed Police Sub Inspector, 6600 vacancies for Unarmed Police Constables, 3302 for Armed Police Constables, 1000 for Armed Police Constables and 1098 vacancies available for Jail Sepoy post in Gujarat Police Force.
