In a shocking incident reported in the Gonda district of Uttar Pradesh, two minor boys gang-raped a 5-year-old girl after watching porn videos. The minor accused who perpetrated this crime are mere eight and ten years old. The incident took place at a private school where all three minors used to study. The minor boys who had access to mobile phones used to watch pornographic videos and during lunch, they committed the crime. The police have registered an FIR into the matter.

As per the statement from the local Superintendent of Police (SP), upon the girl’s return home, she shared the harrowing incident with her family. When the family sought redress by bringing her to the school, they were met with resistance as the school administration purportedly refused to listen and turned them away. The school management countered the allegations, asserting that they were false and aimed at tarnishing the school’s reputation. Undeterred, the family subsequently approached the police station and lodged a formal complaint, leading to the prompt registration of an FIR based on their statement. The victim underwent a medical examination on Saturday, the 10th of February, as part of the ongoing investigation.

The police booked both minors and sent them to the juvenile home. As per the police, both the accused minors confessed to the crime. They stated that they did it after seeing pornographic content on their mobile phones. After getting in the school on the fateful day, the minor accused took the girl behind the school where they committed the crime. After committing the crime, they left the school and returned home like usual.

The victim has identified both of them. There was swelling in the girl’s private parts, which the mother noticed while changing the victim’s clothes.

Both minors were brought before the Juvenile Court before they were sent to the juvenile home.

In a similar incident reported from Kasganj, a 19-year-old man raped his 18-year-old sister and then killed her out of fear of getting caught. According to the police, the minor girl was sleeping next to the man when he was watching pornographic videos on his phone. The man then raped his sister, however, fearing she might disclose what he had done, he strangled her and fled the house

The police launched an investigation and a manhunt to track down the accused. The man was soon caught and confessed to his crimes. A mobile phone was recovered from his possession.
