Yogiraj’s journey was fraught with challenges, from the rejection of his first sculpture due to technical issues with the stone to a harrowing eye injury that sidelined him for days. Before sculpting the murti’s eyes, Yogiraj immersed himself in sacred practices, including bathing in the Saryu River and performing prayers at revered sites such as Hanuman Garhi and Kanak Bhawan. With only a brief window of 20 minutes allotted for this crucial task, Yogiraj meticulously crafted the eyes, drawing inspiration from the innocence of Indian children celebrating Deepawali.
