Commencing from January 19, more than 1,000 special trains will be deployed to transport pilgrims to Ayodhya. The Ayodhya Railway Station, recognizing its pivotal role in facilitating this pilgrimage, has undergone a redesign to accommodate the influx of passengers. The station is expected to be fully operational and capable of handling the daily movement of around 50,000 persons by January 15. Apart from transportation, the catering and ticketing departments of the Railways are working tirelessly to provide seamless services to the pilgrims throughout the 10-15 days of the inauguration. The authorities are keenly aware of the necessity to manage the crowds efficiently. Therefore, arrangements have been made to organise the devotees in four lines for darshan, with an estimated one and a half to two and a half lakh people expected to have the divine opportunity to witness Bhagwan Ramlala each day.
As part of the post-inauguration plans, the Mandir will be open to the public from January 23, allowing devotees to offer their prayers and witness the magnificence of the newly constructed Ram Mandir. The Ram Mandir Trust, responsible for the arrangements surrounding the inauguration, is leaving no stone unturned to ensure a seamless and spiritually enriching experience for the devotees.
One noteworthy feature is that devotees entering the Mandir premises will have the unique opportunity to have darshan of Bhagwan Ramlala from a distance of 320 feet, adding to the sanctity and grandeur of the occasion.
