The delegation of Yeti Sanyasis, which consisted of prominent figures like Yati Narasimhanand Giri Ji Maharaj and Swami Narayan Giri Ji Maharaj, handed over letters written in blood to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, urging action on critical issues facing the state.

Yati Narasimhanand Giri Ji Maharaj, the Peethadhishwar of Shivshakti Dham Dasna and Mahamandaleshwar of Shri Panchdasnam Juna Akhara, recently gained national attention for his fast unto death in support of Shri Anil Choudhary, President of Population Solution Foundation. The fasting episode garnered support not only from the national spokesperson of Shri Panchdasnam Juna Akhara, Shri Mahant Narayan Giri Ji Maharaj but also from the National President of Delhi Sant Mahamandal. Shri Mahant Narayan Giri Ji Maharaj himself visited Shivshakti Dham Dasna to extend his blessings and support to Mahamandaleshwar Yeti Narasimhanand Giri Ji.

During the meeting with Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami, Swami Narayan Giri Ji Maharaj emphasised the urgent need for a population control law in the country, warning of potential civil unrest if such legislation is not implemented promptly. He asserted that Anil Choudhary has the support not only of Mahamandaleshwar Yati Narasimhanand Giri Ji but also of the entire Sant Samaj, expressing the readiness of the saint community to take to the streets and even resort to arms if necessary to protect Sanatan Dharma.

The Yeti Sanyasis, under the leadership of Yati Ramswaroopanand Ji, handed letters written in blood to Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami during their meeting. In these letters, the Sanyasis called for a Jihad-free Uttarakhand and advocated for the relocation of mosques from Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. They also demanded the abolition of madrassas and shrines in the state.

Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami expressed gratitude to the Yeti Sanyasis for bringing attention to these pressing issues and assured them that a strict population control law would be enacted in Uttarakhand at the earliest opportunity. He acknowledged the gravity of the problems raised by the Sanyasis and pledged to address them promptly, indicating the government’s commitment to ensuring the welfare and harmony of the state.

The delegation that met the Chief Minister included prominent Yeti Sanyasis such as Yeti Narasimhanand Ji, Yeti Atmanand Ji, Yeti Parmatma Ji, and others. Their collective effort underscores the intersection of religious and socio-political concerns, bringing attention to the delicate balance between cultural preservation and the need for legislative measures in a rapidly evolving society. The development will be closely watched as it unfolds, with implications for the future trajectory of Uttarakhand’s governance and communal dynamics.
