In yet another shocking case of atrocities against minority Hindus in Majority Muslim country Pakistan, a woman was raped in hospital. The victim, Seema Devi was admitted to the hospital for a kidney transplant operation. She was sexually assaulted by the doctors supposed to perform the surgery after being drugged. The video statement of the victim is getting viral on social media.

As per the reports, 23-year-old Seema was admitted to the Indus Hospital in Tando Muhammad Khan City of Sindh. Seema had been battling kidney-related illness for a couple of years. Instead of treating a severely ill patient, the inhumane doctors raped her. The accused doctors belong to the Muslim community.

Seema has been transferred to a hospital in Hyderabad after her condition started to deteriorate after she was raped by the doctors at Indus Hospital in Sindh.

The video of the woman narrating the ordeal is going viral on social media. The woman who was earlier admitted to the Indus Hospital in Tando Muhammad Khan City of Sindh province due to kidney disease was transferred to another hospital in Hyderabad. The doctors at the hospital in Sindh allegedly sedated the victim before raping her. She was sent in a very critical condition to another hospital in Hyderabad.

A verified Twitter user shared the video statement of the victim on social media platform X with caption, “Tando Mohammad Khan Sindh #Pakistan The #Hindu kidney patient Seema was drugged and raped by #Muslim doctors of a private hospital. She was shifted to Hyderabad in critical condition. The Perpetrator doctor and staff Easily managed to escape from the hospital. Religious minorities are not safe in Pakistan.”

Parents of the victim woman staged a protest after the incident came to light. The parents of the victim staged the protest to highlight the lack of safety measures at the hospitals for minorities and also to bring to the notice of the government the alleged sexual assault against their daughter.

Seema’s parents registered a complaint in connection with the case. This prompted the authorities to jump into action. However, the accused doctors and staff managed to escape from the hospital on registration of the complaint. As per reports, the doctors and the staff are still on the run and police assured the complainants that they will be nabbed soon.

Notably, as per the media reports, the doctors and hospital staff managed to leave the premises after the incident.
