New Delhi: On March 6, Rouse Avenue Court sent former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister and AAP leader Manish Sisodia to judicial custody till March 20 in the case pertaining to the Delhi Liquor Scam case.

In the Delhi Excise Policy Case, Sisodia was today brought to Rouse Avenue Court at the conclusion of his CBI remand. The investigative agency arrested him in a case about alleged irregularities in framing and implementing the excise policy of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD).

In a case pertaining to alleged irregularities in the framing and implementation of the excise policy of the Government of the National Capital Region of Delhi, the investigation agency detained him. On February 28, he resigned from his position as Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister following his arrest.

In the meantime, on March 4, the Rouse Avenue Court extended the CBI remand of Sisodia in the Delhi liquor scam case. Manish Sisodia was given two additional days of remand to the CBI by Special Judge MK Nagpal.

The court also issued notice to CBI on bail moved by 51-year-old Sisodia and listed the matter for March 10.
